Use the ample counter space and terrific cookware to put together tonight's home-cooked meal, then serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table. This home enjoys private ski lockers, a gas grill, and even heated, underground parking. And during ski season, an on-call shuttle service will take you to all the shopping, dining, and activities the area offers.

The restaurants and shops in the Village are great places to window shop or grab a bite to eat whenever you need a break from the mountain. You can fish and bike along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Boardwalk and you'll have a great hike when you visit Yampa River Core Trail. For even more adventures, take a trip to Yampa River Botanic Park or Old Town Hot Springs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
