We loved our stay. Plenty of room. Ideal elevator access for those who have limitations (and carrying all your gear up and down). Ideal location. I’d stay here every year.

Great Place to Stay

This is a perfect choice for a group of 6-8 people who want easy access to ski lifts. Kitchen was fully equipped. The unit was clean and spacious.

Incredible location but unit could use some updates

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is incredible. It's an easy 3min walk to the base of Steamboat and as others have mention there is a small (but expensive) grocery store across the street for misc essentials. The condo itself is a good size - we had a group of 6 and felt comfortable. Beds were good, but the remaining furniture is pretty dated and could really use an update. While the kitchen is mostly well stocked some of the items could also be updated - for example the frying pans and knives were in pretty rough shape. It's also good to know that this unit is on the first floor so it's luck of the draw who will be above you. Our upstairs neighbor was pretty loud and we did have to ask them to not wear their ski boots inside and stomp around. Ha. All that being said we enjoyed our stay, the location is spectacular, and with a few minor updates this condo would be amazing.

The property was spacious and location can’t be beat! However, there were lots of things that didn’t work (televisions in bedrooms, hair dryers), the kitchen sink leaked terribly all over the counter, and generally there were lots of dings in the walls and doors and the unit felt older.

Good family accomodations close to Steamboat base

The Snowflower is very convenient to the base of Steamboat resort and has nice amenities. This condo is well laid out and furnished for a family with kids to stay. Vacasa is not my favorite property manager.

Fantastic condo for guy's ski trip - close to gondola

Overall - wow, what a great place, close to gondola (5 min walk with gear on), parking garage, we loved it. See below for description and some recommendations for owners and Vacasa. BEDS and BATHS This is a 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom property, with king, queen, and 4 twin beds. We had 6 guys on a ski trip, and we all agreed the mattresses etc were very comfortable. KITCHEN: The kitchen is plenty big to prep some nice meals and well-furnished. There is no ice-maker, and we recommend the owner buys some additional ice cube trays. We were able to cook breakfast every morning and a few dinners without issue. Hint for future renters: check in cabinet above microwave for leftover spices before going to grocery. LIVING AREA: Couch and 3 chairs made it easy for us all to sit around and watch some basketball games after skiing all day. There's a coffee table, DVD player, and the condo is subscribed to Xfinity (as of 02.03.2023). It would be easy to bring a Roku or Firestick to plugin to TV for additional channels and streaming. LOCATION: There is a small, albeit expensive, grocery across the street, along with a burger bistro (highly recommended) and a bar. Walking outside to Gondola is under a 5 minute walk with Gear on - perfect for skiing as well as being able to run back for lunch during day. Combine that with the parking garage onsite, and its almost impossible to have a better location in Steamboat. AMENITIES: There is a heated pool and hot tub, right outside the front desk. The hot tub is huge, built like a small pool, and could easily have 12 people in it. Beautiful gas fireplace. by pool along with gas fire circle and gas grills for cooking - awesome outside environment. We were here for skiing, but this would be an excellent summer condo as well. CHECKIN- This is where it was a little harder. Vacasa did not respond to messages via VRBO on our day of check-in, so we did not have parking code to get into garage when we arrived to check in to condo. We did finally get through to Vacasa by calling the number listed in the VRBO listing, but they did not have the parking code, and the codes they gave us for both the condo and wifi were incorrect. HOWEVER, Snowflower had a terrific front desk worker who was able to get us all situated. FINAL: The condo needs a deep clean, and some updates to furniture and TVs. HOWEVER, for a guys's trip, or a family trip with kids - this place is perfect.

Christmas in Steamboat

Location and amenities of property are great. The team at the front desk were terrific. With that said, the unit itself is dated - carpet, furniture and Tv's (uncapable of streaming). Improvements to the bathrooms were completed, but when you have to sit sideways on a toilet because the toilet is up against the shower doors, something is wrong. The fireplace did not work and the heat in the front right bedroom was inadequate (digital thermostat set to 78F and room only got up to 64F which left for cold mornings) no issue with heat in remaining rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would look into staying at this property again, just not this unit without the needed upgrades expected in this price range.

great location. lots of beds.

Nice condo unit. Washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of living space and beds. Luggage trolleys and elevator make for easy luggage transportation. Humidifiers were provided in rooms. Covered parking. Decent community pool and community hot tub, and we used the community grill to make steaks. We kept our skis in our unit--there were no ski lockers. The master bedroom seemed slightly small for the size of the unit. Overall very pleased.
