Available Jan-Feb 15, 2027! Escape to the warmth and sunshine of Sunrise Country Club, one of the desert’s most sought-after winter destinations. This beautifully maintained single level 1,700 SF condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless seasonal living.

Sunrise Country Club is known for its vibrant, active lifestyle. Guests can enjoy an 18 hole executive golf course, tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness center and access to 21 pools, all within the beautifully landscaped, gated community. Snowbirds love the social calendar as there are frequent seasonal events, group activities, and opportunities to meet neighbors and make friends during your stay.

Inside, the home is bright, spacious, and fully equipped. The generous primary suite features a Cal King bed, 50” smart TV and an en-suite primary bath with wraparound countertop and large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two queen beds is perfect for visitors. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

The kitchen is updated with all new appliances and everything you need to cook a homemade meal. The designated laundry room just inside the spacious two car garage and features a new washer and dryer. The expansive living room features a 65" Smart TV with DirecTV.

Great family home to rent

We had a wonderful time staying at Maureen and Mitch's home. They are well organized and lovely to deal with and make all the arrangements easy. The home is perfect and all had a fantastic time. We are looking forward to renting again next Thanksgiving!

Everything we were looking for

This was a fabulous rental. All new floors in the house and the sleeping arrangements were great too. Anne was very pleasant to work with and quick to reply. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Pool was literally a few meters away. Excellent! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Home

My family and I loved this house. It was just perfect... pool was particularly private, neighborhood was great, home has everything needed. My kids loved their mini vacation.

Very nice accommodation

We chose Mitch’s condo for a family get together and it was perfect. We enjoyed catching large mouth bass in the lake and hanging out at the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

Great host and place

We've stayed at Mitch's home twice now for past two years. Great home and host! Mitch is very understanding, accommodating, and responsive. This is a wonderful place for families - there is a high chair, pack n play, and toddler crib. Pool is securely located right outside door. We've had a wonderful time and will probably make this visit a tradition! Definitely recommend Mitch and his home!

Great Experience

Came with a group of 7 for the weekend for Coachella. The property is a 4 minute drive away from the closest shuttle stop, making it super convenient to get to the festival. The property itself was very clean and provided many accommodations. Mitch was also able to answer any questions that I had and was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Wonderful Sun Getaway

We had a great stay in Rancho Mirage! The condo was lovely, lots of space and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, from the kitchen to pool toys for the grandchildren. A covered patio area looked out over a peaceful pond and an almost private pool was just outside our doors. The neighborhood was quiet yet many amenities, including dining, were just a block walk away. Mitch was very responsive throughout our stay with helpful suggestions of nearby activities, restaurants and shopping. But honestly, we just wanted to hang out at this lovely place. The only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Great place for adults or families!

Great Palm Springs property

Our family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and grand kids ages 11 & 9) stayed here recently for our niece's wedding. It was a perfect accommodation: the setting is lovely; the pool is right out the door; the interior layout provides privacy; the beds are incredibly comfortable; the film library delighted our grandson; the kitchen was extremely well stocked & fully functional; and Mitch was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property - I'd happily stay here on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Amazing property!

This was such a great place. The location was just perfect, with a well heated pool and hot tub just outside the house (but fenced, and safe for kids). The house was comfortable and well decorated, and very comfortable. There were pool toys and a variety of kid toys in the garage, and plenty of beach towels. The country club was perfect, and the location within Rancho Mirage was just great. No complaints, and we would definitely return in the future.

Family really enjoyed our stay

Stayed here with family for a few days and had a great time. Mitch was very helpful, and the property is very nice. We were interested in tennis and pickleball. We were happy to find the courts are empty in the afternoon and evening, and they have lighted courts in evening as well. There is a charge to play though.

Wonderful house in a beautiful area!

Our stay was wonderful as it fit our party of 8. The amenities were huge and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Mitch was very helpful in getting us situated and answered any questions if we had. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Condo

Wonderful condo in Rancho Mirage. The condo is very clean, with plenty of room for family or friends. Lovely patio overlooking the pond, and the pool is just steps from the front door. Close to restaurants and movies. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again myself

Condo was cozy little jam! It was located on prime location Ckose to all activity. Comeback for sure

Mitch and maureen were very accommodating and didnt have any issue to stay in this lovely condo. House was so tastefully decorated and Christmas tree was cherry on top. We were there primarily to play golf n relax. Golf was top notch with fairway n greens are perfect. Kids trying to catch fishes in big pond but couldn’t catch anything. Nonetheless it was great experience and maybe they will have better luck next time. Great Shopping center was just down the block so getting necessary stuff or eating out was just breeze. Tennis ceter was in condo but didnt get to play so we will do that for sure next time we come back.

Sunrise Country Club

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in the gorgeous California desert and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was excellent to access everything in the area, great restaurants, shopping and hiking. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6 and had everything we needed and then some. We would come back here with our family or even just the two of us. Mitch was always easy to contact and responded quickly to our emails and texts. Thanks for sharing your little bit of paradise with us, it was beautiful!
