EagleRidge Townhomes 1516 is a spacious, four-bedroom home with its very own hot tub and an unbeatable location within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can unwind in the hot tub while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, a loft area and a den where your group can spread out, and five TVs and free WiFi for your at-home entertainment. You'll also be treated to central AC, a washer/dryer, a private two-car garage, and access to shared EagleRidge amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The junior master has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a bathroom of its own. There is also a half-bathroom located on the main living level.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
