Perfect spot, great place

I was in town for business
 this was the ideal location to get to the Amalie Arena area as well as the rest of Tampa for restaurants and the airport. Apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the river. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Location was great near river walk, grocery and restaurants. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Street traffic was pretty noisy. Parking could be a challenge as street parking is only good for 4 hours. Curtains in living room do not cover the entire window so people can see in. Recommend new pillows as they are worn out and stained. Check in and out was easy. Did not use pool.

A comfortable and well located condo. It was complete with Xmas tree for our five night stay. Nice water view of activity on the well lit and used river walk. Good to restaurants and city activity.

GREAT Location!

The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is enormous, with a beautiful soaker tub. That was my favorite! I had a minor issue with the washer, and the owner responded quickly.

Great location

Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Parking was easily available either in the lot or in the street. The complex was quiet- we never heard any doors closing or footsteps from above. Great location to walk the Riverwalk and loved walking to Ulele and Armature Works. Bed and furniture was comfortable and air conditioning works great- especially on hot August weather. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at the condo

My stay was enjoyable. The owner was very responsive when needed. Just a little FYI the owner lives on site an rents his place when he travels we were thrown off when we saw shoes an clothes in the drawers. Other than that I would stay here again we enjoyed the stay. The owner also has a dog for those allergic to animals.

Great Location and Super Clean

This condo is right on the Tampa Riverwalk right across from the University of Tampa. It has just been remodeled and is gorgeous. The bedroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and soaking tub. It has a washer and dryer which is very helpful. The kitchen is brand new and well stocked with pots, dishes, silverwear, etc. It is gated and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay here again. If I had to pick anything "bad" is that it is a little noisy at night because on a busy road but with a white noise app on my phone, I slept like a baby. The owner is very responsive (usually within 5 minutes through the VRBO app). He even provided his cell number but I did not need it. The property has a small pool but we did not use it.

Weekend Getaway

Great location right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to many areas. A bit loud at night but that's the cost of the being so close. A little white noise app and I had no issue sleeping. Owner's are responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Would recommend

Getaway retreat

It is a great location with a great view ( 2nd floor) of the River Walk and close to all of the attractions and restaurants. It is a mixture of city/ noise and country/ peaceful. The condo is equipped with a printer, charging stations and alexia if needed. The host responded immediately to any inquiries.
