It has a Queen-sized bed, TV with Roku tv streaming (Netflix, Hulu, etc), WI-FI, A/C, clean towels, linens, beach towels, refrigerator, microwave, and essentials.
You have access to the hotel amenities but not to the front desk, as unit is privately managed.
A pool deck, BBQ for you to use, open air lounge with wifi, ice-maker machine, snacks/drinks machine. You can also use the laundry room that's in the basement using debit or credit card.
There is a Bar and coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a Spa if you want to book during your stay.
Parking is with an additional fee (around $35). You need to ask and make arrangements at the front desk upon arrival (first come-first serve). Street parking is hard but not impossible (you need to read each street sign to avoid ticket or towing)
Wi-Fi is available in the lobby in a comfortable sitting area for you to sit down and relax. Comes with complimentary newspaper everyday at the lobby.
Unlock a bike using your credit card, right across the street. You can use it and bike to any other "Stop". Why rent a car? You can walk everywhere, bike, uber/lyft. Rent a car for a day to explore around the island.
