Pet-friendly Magnolia + Fishing & Trails

Located within Sandy Creek Farms 400+ acres of gorgeous Tennessee countryside. The property includes lots of wildlife and a 20-acre lake stocked for fishing! The perimeter of the property has 10+ miles of trails to enjoy. ATVs and/or golf carts are allowed. Our geo-referenced map will help you navigate through the trails and property. There are two laundry facilities, a orangerie, and a fitness center. The perfect setting for fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and those that want to relax!

Inside is a comfortable living room area with a wood-burning stove, a big-screen TV, and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an oven, refrigerator, and everything needed to cook a full meal. The spare bedroom includes a newly added twin/full bunk bed and a big-screen TV. The newly updated master bedroom has a king-size bed, a big-screen TV, and a private main bathroom with closet space.

Just outside of the Magnolia is a private firepit with patio furniture, a large parking area, and a gas grill. The firewood is included during your stay. Recently added is a wood-fenced-in area for pets and privacy.

Beautiful grounds in a very secluded area!

I would highly recommend this place for a vacation, wedding or just a get away! We stayed there over Memorial weekend in the farm cottage, and it was sooo relaxing! The pond is lovely with lots of fish. We caught some big fish and had a great dinner with them. It is quiet and secluded. The owner and staff are very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!

This was a gem of a place! We definitely hope to return. The cabin and grounds were immaculate, and there was thought put into every aspect of the living space. We all felt such peace walking the grounds and out on the lake. We would highly recommend to everyone and would like to compliment the very gracious and friendly staff.

Peaceful, pristine cabin & property

I usually do a lot of reading up on places to stay before I book my reservation & pick accommodations that are well-reviewed & have a lot to offer. However, I was not prepared for the beauty & awesomeness of this entire property. Everything is first-class! The cabin is small, but is well-laid-out, with everything you need, including a comfortable king-size bed. There’s miles of hiking paths & an interesting history on the 400+ acre property. There’s so much to do here (fishing, canoeing, exploring, relaxing) that you don’t have to leave the property. Michelle & Angie, the property managers, were super-accommodating. There are other cabins there near the event center area which is a distance away, but we felt like we were practically the only ones there, & only saw 1 other guest while hiking during our stay. Highly recommend this place! Our dog loved it, too!

Perfect weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed at this cabin over the 4th of July for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed it so much! The lake is so nice and peaceful as well! You can tell they take pride in their property as it is so well kept! We enjoyed hiking on the trails, kayaking and bass fishing!! The staff were also very attentive and kind as well! Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

My husband and I (and our Labrador puppy) stayed at the farmhouse cottage for a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. Angie made sure we had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back again in the future!

Welcome to Sandy Creek Farms and thank you for choosing to spend your vacation with us. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, our family was looking for a place to enjoy a country landscape where we could spend quality time together. This led us to Springville, TN.

The property was home to a pig farm in the 1950s and a lumbering/ reforesting enterprise in the 1970s. Soon after purchasing the land in 2007, we began making improvements to the property. The land was cleared, roads and trails were built and a large lake was constructed. In 2010 we began building family and visitor buildings, which lead us to the idea of sharing the beauty of this property with others. After many years of planning and building, we finally opened the event center and lodging in 2019.

While staying with us, please enjoy hiking on our network of trails, fishing, picnicking by the lake, strolling through the citrus greenhouse, or just savoring some good ole fashion R&R in your cabin. Please appreciate the extensive landscaping, sculptures, and abundant wildlife when you explore the property. Also, keep your eye out for some of the original pig structures, abandoned cemeteries, and the old railroad bed. No matter what you do, take time out of your stay to view some of the most
beautiful sunsets and sunrises nature has to offer.

We trust you will enjoy the majestic beauty this property has to offer. Relax, unwind, and capture the magic of Sandy Creek.
