Nice, clean condo just as depicted in the pictures. Wonderful views of the Atlantic with easy access to beach via the boardwalk. Location made it easy to everything!

Great place to stay!

Our family has stayed at Ketch several times, but this was our first time in this condo. The condo was updated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed during our brief stay. This is an end unit, which we liked because it felt a little more private. We love staying at Ketch and prefer it over other places we've stayed on Amelia!

April 2024 vacation

Condo was clean, well appointed kitchen, balcony overlooking the ocean, comfortable mattresses, condo was as pictured, plenty of comfortable seating for the 4 of us. Especially, appreciated Stay Better Vacations' attitude of, you are on vacation, so you should not have to clean. Had to do the least at this condo before checkout than anywhere we have previously stayed. Would definitely stay here, again.

Fabulous stay!!

This was by far the best Vrbo stay I’ve had. Property was perfect and exactly as stated. Location was great! Close to everything! And the hosts were amazing. Great communication and very friendly! We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Oceanfront, short walk to beach - very nice unit - we enjoy that is a smaller condo building - carpets in bedrooms need to be cleaned - it would be nice to have curtains in the master bedroom because the outside lights come through the blinds at night

Girls trip!

Ours stay was amazing with a beautiful view! The room is great and we loved coming in to the relaxing music on the tv's. It is a great vibe! The only small item we wish we had was a full length mirror. You know how girls like to check out there outfits before going out for dinner and dancing! 😉

WE WILL BE BACK!

My husband and I thought Ketch was fabulous. Not too big, not too small. It’s a beautiful, quaint property located exactly where we wanted to be. The view of the natural grounds, bunnies and turtles made it even better. We actually felt “at home” even though it was our first time at this property. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the fact the power went out twice during our stay. The second time was day of departure when everyone is trying to load up carts and use elevator to get their belongings out to their cars. Having to use stairs to carry so much when it’s already 105 degrees outside wasn’t fun. Not a dealbreaker. We will be back!

Right on beach which was wonderful Should have curtains in bedroom with king bed instead of blinds to keep the light out at night when trying to go to sleep Need towel rod over toilet in bathroom adjacent to bedroom with king bed

Looking forward to returning!

Location is perfect; easy drive into Fernandina for restaurants, shopping, or any sightseeing. The condo was spotless and comfortably furnished in a beach theme. Having the pool located in front is a plus since it minimizes noise for those of us who just want to enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the covered balcony. Stacie, the manager, was in constant communication both before and during which was great. View is wonderful, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again as soon as we can get back!

Birthday Retreat

Well stocked with kitchen equipment. Tv got all channels, but it was a bit complicated for a neophyte. One bed was very hard so that I couldn’t sleep on it. Great showers in bathrooms. Bath products included. Can’t smoke or vape on the property. Excellent customer service.

August 2021- Great Property

My husband and I stayed in 301 for 5 nights. It's very clean, nicely decorated, and the view was fabulous. We saw turtles and bunnies in the dunes daily which was so much fun. Very short walk to the beach. Elevator. Various dolly choices to get your luggage to the unit. Rental company very responsive for our very minimal concerns. Didn't use the pool but looks good for kids. Quiet, only heard upstairs neighbor a few times. Baby next door, but wouldn't have known it if I didn't see the family in the entry area. Blender in the kitchen which was much appreciated (and lots of ice upon arrival). Only suggestion is perhaps putting a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. Bed was comfortable as was other furniture. I'm ready to go back. Will definitely book again.

Unbelievably underrated

We booked for a short trip to relax for a few days. We usually have the luxury of going to high end resorts in the Caribbean. I can not state enough this particular condo. It’s hidden away on 3rd floor on the end of the building away from the noise of families with small children and the very nice and fast elevator they have. The bedrooms are darkened to the point of shortening your time at the beach bc you sleep so restfully. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely updated with gorgeous granite. The laundry room is a full side by side. It was spanking clean and easy to live in. The view was amazing and family room was comfortable and well thght out. Awesome stay!!

All The Things

This is a very nice condo with all you need. All soap containers were full, paper towels and toilet paper supplied, shower canisters with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided, dishwashing soap, etc. available. Owner’s response time was almost immediate. Very nice get-away for three very good friends.
