I was skeptical with booking because it wasn't any reviews but I trusted my gut. Check in to check out was very easy. It was a safe stay. The owners were easy to contact if needed to be and the house was fully stocked. Alot of areas to sleep on the inside Beautiful rec room and patio. Great experience over all...

Cleanliness

Stay was good! Except for the cleanliness house was not clean to our liking & grill didn't work plus owner was a king like we couldn't make noise meaning we can't talk loud in the house we drinking & laughing won't stay at this one ever again.

Weekend stay

Used this place to stay here with my family of 9. The best part about this property is the number of beds and bathrooms, and the the size of the space. Other than that I would say this place was not great. The listing makes it look updated and new. Howver, this place was dirty and was located in very shabby neighborhood. For the price of this vrbo, I would not say it was worth it.

Great Family House

We had 16 total, ages 2 to 74...5 family units stay for most of a week. The kids loved the basketball hoop (slightly bent but still very usable), pool table, and cinema room. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The extra fridge and kitchen in the basement were great to have! We were within an hour of everywhere we wanted to go. In traffic it took an hour to get to Truist Field (only 35 minutes back), under 30 minutes to reach the aquarium, and about 30 minutes for Six Flags.

Keeta's Place INC Builders Retreat

My Board and Committee members had an amazing time at this location. The host was very accommodating and everything we needed was located on-site. We stayed on the premises for 5 days on some of the coldest Atlanta days. The heat worked well throughout the house and the home smelled amazing. We loved the back drop. Also, the welcome book was another brilliant touch to this amazing property. We were 10 minutes away from a Walmart so getting groceries was easy. The wife worked well, we were able to use the apple mirror app on the TV for our Board members who couldn't make it in person. Overall it was a great experience

Family Holiday Trip to Stone Mountain

We had such a nice stay! The house is SO spacious and well stocked. The owners truly have thought of everything you might need. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Couldn’t ask for anything more! We did not know how to use the lockbox (our issue not theirs) and they responded IMMEDIATELY to help us. O minute response time and always friendly and happy to help. We will DEFINITELY be back when we are in the area again. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away, about a 15 minute, super easy drive to Stone Mountain Park. Lots of restaurants close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Played outside with the kids at night feeling totally safe. The kids enjoyed dribbling around and shooting baskets. I could go on and and. Couldn’t be happier!

Needs Better Upkeep & Upgrades

My family and I booked for 4 nights at $2,969. Although there was enough room for the 15 of us which is why we booked home instead of hotel; the cleanliness was of subpar standard. It was not worth the money paid. We figured that out right away. Upon check in we were greeted with roaches (about 4-5 big ones over our stay). The quality of furniture was on the cheaper side with signs of wear and tear and in some cases, broken furniture. In the quality of cleanliness, it seemed "clean" as it was tidy but dusty. The flooring didn't seem to be mopped because the bottom on my kids socks were black. The bottom /basement level had a moldy or stale smell. The basement level also had an interesting layout. Most of the beds were down there but not having their own rooms or room doors. They were randomly placed in some "common areas" or separated by a curtain. Some bathrooms were updated and some not so. I wouldn't recommend this home as it stands. Nice photos though.

Best place for multiple family groups!

We used this space for four nights to bring multiple families together for a reunion. It was PERFECT! Lots of open space, rooms and beds. The grill and upper deck were great. Wonderful kitchen space to work in and still be a part of the group. Close to Kroger for all our grocery needs and loads of parking.

quantity over quality

if u need to just cram as many people as possible, without considering your comfort level then this is the place for you. the house itself has not been maintained at all. you can see water damage and cracks in the floor. the living room couch has stains on it...and it didn't look like the picture. Don't know if Atlanta is known for big waterbugs but regular exterminating should clear up that problem. the house is very cheaply furnished...even the blinds and drapes at the window. when trying to close curtains the whole rod fell down, turns out it just had a nail holding it up. My family was in town for a wedding and the majority of us is over 60 and is used to better accommodations. the price is definitely not worth the condition of this home. This was the first time I stayed at a house rental and it has put me off on trying one again.

I wish you had given us the chance to correct things during your stay with our 24 seven maintenance crew . Wear and tear in vacation homes is higher than normal , We constantly replace furniture and maintain the home regularly , in between bookings , we always take into consideration Guests suggestions, The home went through a major remodeling and updating project in November 2021 and the photography was taken immediately after.
