Come enjoy the peaceful easy feeling at Shoreline at Beaver Lake! Our lakefront home is located on a private road lake community. As you drive into the area, you immediately feel like you're far far away enjoying beautiful country side and nature, but you are only 5 miles from downtown Rogers and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking/biking and the many activities throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our home is truly lakefront with a completely unobstructed view of the lake year-round. Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the view and it's just a gentle walk straight to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board and fish. We have 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and fishing poles for our guests as well as an assortment of life jackets. *Ask about Pontoon Boat Rental availability*
Enjoy the fire pit and complimentary S'mores year-round! Our home is fully stocked to meet your needs from the kitchen to bath, bed and lake. We have plenty of parking if your bringing your boat or more than 1 car.
About the Space: Our home is a split level home - We do live on the bottom level, you will have complete and private access to the entire top level which is the main living quarters of the home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, living area and covered deck. Our guests have two private entrances to the home, one located next to the driveway and one from the private deck/balcony overlooking the lake. The water is right out the door! (Very gentle incline, no steep mountain climbing to get to the water)
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, cable, Roku TV, coffee/tea, S'mores, charcoal grill, fire pit, fishing poles, kayaks, paddle board, life jackets, and beach towels.
