Tucked away in the Nedonna Beach neighborhood at the very north end of town, this home is only a few short blocks from a stretch of sandy coastline. To the south, you'll find multiple lakes for fishing as well as downtown Rockaway Beach. The town itself offers seasonal festivals, charming shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. And don't miss the world-famous Tillamook Cheese Factory, just 12 miles away.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and well- stocked. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms, as we took our extended family. The 2- year old loved the hidden Pirates Cove under the stairs. We did wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms, but other than that we were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rockaway.

Fantastic trip

We were very pleased with this house. We rented it over the July 4th weekend and it was a perfect location to get to Rockaway for the parade and weiner dog races! We wrestled with where to watch the fireworks, and ended up walking to the beach from the house. There was so much activity and fun fireworks all up and down the stretch, and a short walk home afterwards (vs driving back from Rockaway). The house was classy, extremely clean, and the back table was perfect for our meals together. We would definitely return!

Other than the deceiving description and dirty sheets it was good.

It is a nice place, on a quiet street and walking distancd to the beach. The property listing shows three bathrooms when in fact there are only 2 1/2. We also had an issue with the sheets on one bed being dirty (not washed)and stained.

Fantastic stay

The house was perfect for our family stay. Having toys in the Pirate Cove was a special treat for my toddlers. Location is great and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun vacation near the beach.

Peaceful Getaway

Lovely time on the Oregon Coast… not too far away from major attractions in either direction on Hwy 101! Quiet place to rest after a long day exploring!!

Rockaway Gem

This lovely house had all the details right! Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from the main heart of Rockaway Beach. The furnishings and decor were tasteful and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with great products and fluffy towels.We had a minor issues with the refrigerator, but a quick call to management had a fix in place later that day. Everyone was responsive and wonderfully professional.We enjoyed our stay so much, we are planning a return trip!

Spotless and Perfect Location

This property was in immaculate condition upon our arrival. Being so close to the beach you would think it would be inundated with sand but the place was spotless. Perfect location for a family to be walking distance to the beach but far enough away from town to not feel hectic even in the height of summer. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed to cook our meals just as we would at home. Could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Trees to Sea House. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, quiet house close to the beach

Our family of four loved our stay. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, short drive from town, and was a great jumping off point for our beach hopping vacation. Our six and three year old loved playing in “Pirate’s Cove” under the stairs. We loved the layout of the house and all slept so well every night. We have never stayed somewhere that provided so many quality linens - tons of towels, extra blankets and pillows, and beach towels. It had a well stocked kitchen and nice washer and dryer. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Beautiful get away!

Lovely, new, super clean property in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beautiful Rockaway beach. Very well appointed kitchen - it had everything we needed and then some: blender, instant pot, crock pot... Plan to cook yourselves as there aren't many restaurants nearby - a small price to pay for a great location. Management responded quickly to our one request (dishwasher and laundry soap)

Two of the smoke alarms went off several times between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. on our last night there. It was a rough 5-hour drive home after so little sleep.

Great property!

This property was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. I loved that it had everything we needed! Seasoning, spices, paper goods etc… There were even a basket of toys for young kids and games to play! Very nicely decorated and super clean!! It’s also a short walk to the beach, so beautiful! My family and I had a great trip!!

Great stay!

Beautiful place, clean, high quality furniture, beds, beach towels, etc. I appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed and more. My 4-year old loved the "pirate's cove" play area under the stairs as well as the nice selection of games and children's books. The nearby beach is lovely as well. And there's a bald eagle's nest in a tree across the street! What more can you ask for?

Rockaway Beach Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was everything we could ask for on vacation. It was clean, beautifully furnished, a close walk to the beach, and the home had all the amenities we needed to have a lovely stay. I’ve already recommended this location to my friends and family. I hope to be able to visit again.

Very clean and stylish.

This house was adorable. Very close to the beach. My one and only issue with this house is how creepily close it is to other neighbors. Other than that this house is perfect! Very clean and I love the way the house is decorated. The kids loved the “pirate cove” and played in there for hours. Thank you for letting us rent your house!

Wow! Great place for a family with small kids

First off, the location is great. It’s a little isolated from the main crowds and is walking distance to a more secluded beach. It’s in the middle of Tillamook and Manaznita as well so we enjoyed a lot of great food. The home..is so well equipped. The beds are great, the cleanliness of the home was immaculate, there are so many games for kids and adults, and there’s a bonus Pirates Cove! I work from home and needed a break. This home was beyond my expectations and thank you to the staff, Donald, for preparing the home so well for our arrival.
