Situated in a neighborhood-style resort (not secluded), the cabin is near local attractions, restaurants, and Rocky Top Sports World. The resort's outdoor swimming pool (open May-Sept) is within walking distance and the rec area also includes a basketball hoop, swings, charcoal grills, and a reservable pavilion. Five Bears Cabin is not a typical rental managed by a big company. We are small (only 4 properties), family owned & operated, and we're always as close as a call, text, or email. Five Bears Cabin is in beautiful Mountain Shadows Resort within the city limits of Gatlinburg. There are cameras at the resort entrance, adjacent cabins, and on the front porch of the cabin showing the front porch and parking in front of the cabin. The surveillance devices may capture video and audio. No cameras inside the cabin or any that intrude on private space. Cabin has parking for 2 vehicles. No campers, RVs, or trailers are permitted in the resort. Security deposit, ID verification, and signed rental agreement are all required.
