This is a newer townhome completed and furnished in June 2020 on a private cul-de-sac in Midvale. This home features a large and spacious layout and modern updates such as black granite counter tops throughout the home. Also the home has very nice grey wood flooring, can lighting throughout and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes an island style set up with farm sink in the middle.

You will experience white cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms for a matching style. As you walk in the front door you will encounter a staircase to your right side leading up to the upstairs where you will find all 3 bedrooms. Upstairs includes the master suite with a large bedroom with a large walk in closet, along with a beautiful tub and separate standing shower. Upstairs there is also the washer and dryer hook ups for easy access. The other 2 bedrooms are also large with plenty of closet space. The downstairs areas you will find an open layout for living room with a nice fireplace, a dining area and kitchen space.

This home does includes a large community yard area, but it is only fenced on the back side, so pets cannot be left outside unattended. There is a spacious 2 car garage available for use during your stay. Additionally, there is a nearby playground, basketball hoop, and gazebo which can be utilized.

Perfect condo for our family ski vacation. Matt and Chelly were very responsive to a couple request we had.Great location to both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyon to ski. Many stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. We hope to stay here again!

Property was everything advertised. It was clean and well maintained. Location is outstanding. 35 minutes to Snowbird. Less than 30 minutes to the airport. Grocery store and numerous dining options within a half mile. Matt was a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

The location of the home was fantastic. Convenient to just about everything. House was very clean and a great setup. It allowed our teenage boys to have their own room and the master bedroom was perfect. The outside soace was great. Loved the picnic area and use of the basketball hoop. Everything was wonderful. Communication with the owners was stellar. Quick to respond on any questions. Communication on check-in and check-out was easy and simple to follow. Never had to wonder about anything. Really appreciated the info binder provided and grateful for the little snacks bundle as well. Cannot recommend Matt and Chelly enough!

This house exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was - you can tell the owners really take pride in maintaining their property. Every room was immaculate and well-maintained.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early since the house was ready, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our travel day so much smoother. Their communication throughout our stay was prompt, friendly, and helpful - they responded quickly to any questions we had.The location in Salt Lake City was perfect for our needs, and the house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Great stay!

Great location if you don’t want to be right in SLC. Hosts were responsive and check-in and out were clear. Has everything you need and the treats at check-in were a great touch! There’s a nice little swing set but there is a not so kid friendly dog next door so just be mindful. Overall, very pleased!

Matt & Chelly are great hosts; they were prompt & thorough with all communications, made check-in a snap, and went above and beyond with a welcome hospitality basket. The town home was VERY clean, rooms were all nice size, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens, and a garage to park in overnight. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The town home is tucked away in a nice little "cul-de-sac" so was quiet. We appreciated the info binder the hosts had for local information. If there is a con to this property, it would be that all bedrooms are up a long staircase, so could be challenging to an elderly person or littles. It was not an issue for us. My mom, adult daughter, and I enjoyed the trip and would definitely stay here again.

Very cean and convenient location

We are very picky pet owners and don't love to rent animal friendly places because they are rarely clean. This place was spotless! Very, very clean and neat. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. For us, it was a very convenient location for our purpose. There was even a nice trail nearby at the softball fields to walk our pups. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. Great Vrbo!!

Having spent the last 20 years 'commuting' to Utah to visit friends and family, we finally took the plunge to establish something a little more permanent in the area which would allow us to have a base of operations for our family when visiting. Hopefully you like how we furnished and decorated as it truly reflects a bit of 'us!'

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We needed something which could support our large family (there are 7 of us) and be convenient to the places we tended to visit when we came to Salt Lake City. As this town home puts us in the center of the valley, it is less than 20 minutes to downtown, about the same for the U, 25 minutes to the ski resorts, and then for us personally, 5-15 minutes to visit most of our relatives. :)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

New construction is hard to come by...especially given the mountains limit outward expansion. Having a new townhouse allows for modern amenities within a stone's throw of extensive shopping, retail, and restaurants with the Fort Union shopping center being just a shade over a mile away, and 6 different grocery stores inside a 2 mile radius.. The little subdivision has a small playground and outdoor gathering area as well.
