Disney Area Vacation Villa Executive 4 Bed/2.5 Bath, Private Pool & Spa/hot tub

Our beautiful and spacious colonial style luxury vacation villa is over 2200 sq ft with a large private and secluded landscaped garden at the rear. It is considerably larger than other 4-bedroom rental homes in the Disney area and offers everything you need to make your vacation a "Holiday in Heaven". Our home is located within 10-15 minutes drive of Disney World Resort in the peaceful Four Corners community (off Hwy27 and 2.5 miles from Interstate 4). A great location for visiting all the Orlando and central Florida attractions, with many championship golf courses on your door step.

The lounge provides family comfort and is equipped with a 55" 3D HDTV and a 3D blu ray player. There is a selection of DVD movies. The dining room has a range of accessories, allowing food 'on the run' or formal dining. The kitchen is a cooks delight with every gadget you could need. It also has the usual oven, microwave (combi), double sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with the all important ice-maker for those frequent HOT days. The "beach theme" games room is equipped with a Spartan Sports Classic pool/billiard table and Harvard Hurricane 7' air hockey table. Our Harry Potter info wall will keep all our fellow "Muggles" amused. A large laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs the large master bedroom is tastefully decorated in a Florida Keys style, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and an extra large walk in closet. There is a separate sofa and coffee table. You also have a 47" 3D HDTV with 3D blu ray player. The air conditioned master suite closet can easily double as a nursery if you have very young ones, and a cot/crib is provided. The other three bedrooms comprise of a second king bedroom and two with twin single beds, all have fitted wardrobes, HDTVs and share two DVD players. The children will love our Disney theme bedroom. Outside, our home boasts a huge 40 x 29ft fully screened pool/deck area, so there is plenty of space to relax in the sunshine on the upgraded padded furniture and enjoy al-fresco dining. The oversized pool (30 x 15ft with separate 6ft spa) has all the latest gadgets including a timer for the Jacuzzi and a hot tub feature. A lanai with built in fan provides a shaded area to cool down from the heat of the Florida sun. For evening and night swimming, our pool is illuminated by the latest multi-colored fabric optic lighting with remote control.

The private (fully fenced) landscaped garden at the rear of our villa is quiet and secluded. There is a garden patio area with bench seating (the kids have their own "kid size" seats) and free use of the BBQ, which provides for year round outdoor cooking.

We offer Express check in. Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in direct. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation straight away. The keypad is located near the front door. The code to open the door will be provided in the check in details.

This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dishwashing capsule, 1 x trash bag.

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault

Imp: Florida weather is extremally hot and humid. To protect our HVAC system we keep the temp according to Dept of energy and our HVAC tech. By keeping setting temp low won't cool down and it will freeze lines and costly repair service.

All guests must complete a booking form and agree to Vrbo terms and conditions. This will request guest names and ask for personal details to allow access in to resorts. This is to allow for the check in details to be emailed, along with useful local information. Please read the check in details carefully and print these out prior to your arrival
