Sunny all new elegant artistic 500 sq.ft. loft like looking space with 2 new queen beds, new counter, new refrigerator etc. in kitchen, real mosaic ceramic 6 color floor, 5 pictures on walls ( two are originals on canvas painted by talented educated artist from Europe 30 years ago ). New 55 inch flat TV. Sunny balcony with unforgettable view of emerald playful Atlantic Ocean. The theme of mosaic ceramic floor is "Daytona 500" : in the center is well - proportioned green queen palm tree on blue ( angel whisper ) background, center oval area surrounded by
racing track with racing car and large inscription "DAYTONA 500". Below palm tree is symbolic sandy beach and navy blue Atlantic Ocean with large 15th century tree mast sailing vessel. In main corner - large flying American Eagle. Entire design surrounded by 22 inch border - wavy green symbolic green tree twig on yellow background. This condo is directly on super clean silver sandy beach just a couple steps from emerald balmy warm Atlantic Ocean .

No contact with property owner on arrival

I spoke to Vitaly a few times before my arrival and I specifically told him we’d arrive that evening because 2 of us worked all day. He never sent us any check-in details that would include how to open the master lock to obtain the key to open the door. I called Vitaly over TEN TIMES and left voicemail indicating he never messaged the info to open the room. One of my friends also called to try to get ahold of him, but to no avail. A locksmith was called to assist on the matter and THE FIRST thing he did was turn the handle and voila, THE DOOR WAS OPEN. The door was NEVER locked by the last person who was in the room. It was 3 girlfriends of mine and I, I did not sleep that night at all because since I STILL didn’t have the check-in info, in my mind someone may have our key. Vitaly did not once respond to our messages until he woke up to get ready for work that night. By that time I didn’t care to check this app until the next morning of how upset I was at this experience! It’s very unprofessional of him. Plus, the next day when we finally did talk he said he already sent the check-in info and that I had said I was going to watch the sunrise with my friends. I NEVER said I’d do such a thing and he never sent the info. If you’re looking for a property owner that is there when you need assistance, this isn’t the one. I arrived at the property at 9p which isn’t exactly a late time. Daytona beach itself was beautiful, this experience at this place was not. Spend your money people, stay at a hotel!!

What a great weekend!

Vitaly was very accommodating, conscientious and kind! We had a great weekend! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were extra blankets and sheets if needed. We did use the electric skillet and microwave provided- they were helpful so we didn’t have to eat out all weekend. Take the elevator or back stairs right down to the pool which leads out to the beach. Pool was clean and inviting but we spent our time on the sand and in the ocean. The area of beach right behind the condo is quiet. Just to the south is the public access and driving portion of the beach but there are barriers so no one other than the lifeguards can drive on the beach behind the condo. The pier is just a short walk north. All in all we had a great stay!

Beautiful Experience

Mr. Vitaly is so kind, attentive and sweet. His bnb is precious and it's obvious the live and time he has poured into it. Five stars for sure ❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️
