Casa Iris est un joliment décorées, joliment meublées, moderne villa de 3 chambres dans une distance de marche tranquille de l'urbanisation de la ville de Carvoeiro. La villa est extrêmement bien équipé, les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses et les zones extérieures offrent une variété de sièges et de détente. La chambre double est à l'étage inférieur et deux autres chambres sont à l'étage. Tous sont ensuite et au design moderne. La villa est alarmé et entièrement sécurisé.

Very nice clean villa with pool. It is up high in the village so walking to the center is easy but back up is a bit of a tough slog. Well furnished and very well equipped. Cleaning twice a week very efficient. Would recommend.

Super Villa but very noisy location

The villa is really a treat, the photos are not exaggerated at all. But we never thought that it could be so loud in such a small street when we looked at the city map before booking. All the heavy traffic that supplies the nearby construction sites uses this mini street. Only on weekends can you enjoy this villa as the photos promise. If the community would make this street to a one-way street, we believe this disadvantage would be eliminated. So, the stay at the beautiful pool area is only conditionally relaxing. Too bad! Otherwise, the villa can really be described as luxurious, everything is brand new and clean!!! The rental agency is also unconditionally recommended. If a small problem should occur, helpful employees are on site in about 10 minutes. It really doesn't get any better!!! We recommend that you contact the city and try to have the small street in front of the villa designated as a one-way street.

Thank you for your feedback. We have never received this comment for the houses we have this on road so perhaps it was busy during the time you stayed. Normally clients comment on how peaceful it was. I hope it did not impact your stay.

A lovely property, we had a great time.

The villa was excellent for our needs, and in an area we liked with walking to restaurants and the town centre. A couple of suggestions: maybe an extra comfy chair in the living room, a retractable shade over the table tennis area? Pleasure to stay there, thanks.

Love Carvoeiro!

We had a wonderful month long stay at Casa Iris in Carvoeiro. It was everything promised and more! Great location, roomy and well appointed, well equipped, and we were very pleased with the added touches like great quality linens! The property managers were readily available to answer our questions and Paula kept everything sparkling clean! Thank you and we look forward to returning ASAP!

Beautiful and Spacious villa, very good sized pool

The pictures online are very nice of the villa and pool and it is no different experiencing the villa in person. A very beautiful villa, very spacious and the positioning catches the sunlight very well. Pool area also. The villa has everything that you need, if you like to prepare your or meals, kitchen is fully equipped. Ping-pong table is fun, darts board too. It’s a short walk to the beach at Carvoeiro which has lots of restaurants, cafés etc., good positioning for the sunset. Very nice villa, very good location, very nice place to stay.

Great villa and great resort.

Beautiful villa and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The villa is situated in a residential area about 15 minute walk downhill to Carvoeiro. The walk is fine but quite steep hill walking back. We got taxi back in evening for around 5 euros but could have easily walked. Carvoeiro is a beautiful scenic place, great for families and couples. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again.

Our second stay in this wonderful villa

This villa is bright, modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have been refurbished in the last year too. The pool is a good size in a quiet neighborhood and the local town centre is very close by. There are two very good supermarkets close by who sell everything you might need. Kate (who owns the villa) is immensely helpful and does her best to make sure your stay is memorable. We are a family of 4, and our children are 7 and 9. The local area has lots of good days out to offer - ZooMarine and Splash and Slide are just two recommendations. Overall, we had an amazing week away and would thorughly recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay!

Stayed in this villa for 3 nights in June 2017 with family. This house was perfect, clean, and had a great layout with everything you would need for a vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with queen/double and 1 with two twin beds), all with ensuite bathrooms. There is a terrace off of the upstairs bedroom which makes a nice breakfast nook. There is a ping pong table as well as equipment to play ping pong. There are grocery stores, fabulous beaches, and lots of activities nearby. The neighbourhood itself is quiet. No complaints other than not being told of the 10 am check in time prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend and will plan to return.

Spacious!

Casa Iris sleeps six people very comfortably with everyone having more than enough space. It is extremely well stocked with everything you could need without feeling cluttered.The pool is a very welcome relief from the heat and there is more than enough space to eat there in the evening. Or if you fancy it there is also an upstairs terrace! The villa is about 15 minutes walk down into the town and there are also restaurants about 5 minutes walk away. Can highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous!

First time we have stayed at Casa Iris and will definitely return. Beautiful villa with modern facilities, all rooms are en suite which is a bonus when 3 couples are sharing. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and a pleasant stroll into town which has lots of lovely restaurants, bars and a stunning beach. Two weeks of sunshine made our holiday perfect.

Excellent Villa

A wonderful property located not far from downtown Carvoeiro, easily within reach of local places and able to view the sea from our rooms. The property surpassed expectations and was more than spacious enough for 6 adults and a child. Would definitely rent the property again.

Stunning.!

We recently spent a week ar Casa Iris, couldn't believe how good the weather was for October, wall to wall sunshine every day. Over the past 15 or so years we have stayed in many villas an I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the best yet, superb accommodation and location. Facilities in the villa are excellent, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for eating in and unlike a lot of the villas we have stayed at in the past everything works! The bedrooms are all ensuite, two of which lead directly onto the spacious first floor terrace, above all the villa is in immaculate condition. The outside space is excellent , full sized table tennis table, barbecue area and pool area is quite simply stunning, to top it off it is in the sun all day. Carvoeiro and its beautiful beach is a couple of minutes away by car and is a comfortable walk. Can't wait to go back.!

Beautiful Villa - Fabulous Holiday

We have stayed in many villas in Portugal and this villa is by far the most spacious, clean and luxurious villa with every amenity and home comforts you could wish for. The 3 bedrooms are all en suite and very spacious with comfortable beds. The whole villa is so airy and light, quiet and very clean. The maid does an absolute fabulous job. We particularly liked our evening drinks on the terrace overlooking the coast and with a beautiful mountain range to the rear. The pool and barbecue area we used most nights and founded it be a little sun trap with shaded areas when needed. We have recommended this villa to family and friends as it is such a beautiful place to spend a lovely quality holiday, we will be re booking for next year.

Stunning Villa, great location

This is a beautiful villa and a joy at any time of the day. Wake up to views across Carvoeiro to the coast, breakfast by the pool, soak up some sun and swim during the day and have a nice beer on the terrace upstairs as the sun sets. The villa is also really spacious, clean throughout, with all the home comforts you might need and some very nice bathrooms. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, it's an easy drive to the local beaches and sights. It's also a nice walk down into Carvoeiro to enjoy the lovely restaurants, with some good recommendations in the Villa's information. When you've had your fill its great to come back to the peaceful location and enjoy the villa at night. We had a fantastic short break at Iris and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Villa Iris

We had a fabulous holiday in this absolutely beautiful villa which catered for our every need. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious with plenty of everything, cups, glasses and plates and even pool towels which was great. The pool and outdoor area was where we spent most of our time and we even used the barbecue. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our family and friends and thank you Kate for being on hand for us.

Young family, weeks break holiday in May

Very nice and spacious house which is well equiped and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and quiet area in the period we were there. The location is very good for sightseeing and day tracks around the Algarve.
