Propriétaires à proximité de la maison pour un accueil sympathique et gourmand. Nb: Frais en sus pour chauffage.
The Maple Tree Cottage is situated in a quaint rural village in the Pays de Caux, only 15 minutes’ drive from the Normandy beaches of Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer. The recently renovated 110 m² dormer bungalow has been tastefully decorated with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. The spacious living room is complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a library (including also a range of board-games and videogames). The dining room has two seating areas, including a custom made bar, designed by a local craftsman, adjacent to the fully-equipped open plan kitchen (oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave). Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor (one with a 140 x 200cm double bed and the other with two single beds); a walk-in cloakroom and the bathroom (equipped with a washing machine) and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. A high chair and cot are available on request. The third bedroom is the spacious master bedroom with a 160 x 200m bed and it is located on the first floor.
The outdoor space includes a large patio (with garden furniture and a barbecue) which opens out onto an extensive lawn (with a ping-pong table) and orchard, and a beautiful maple tree, with a views of the Normandy countryside and the village church.
During the peak summer season guests can also avail of the use of a traditional beach hut at the nearby Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer beach (76), when available. The owners of the cottage live in the same village and will happily recommend local activities, restaurants and food producers to you, to make sure you have a true Pays de Caux experience.

Departures: 9am
An additional €65 will be charged for a deep clean at the end of your stay. Bed linen and towels are available at additional cost of €7 per person for the duration of your stay. Government tax is also payable on arrival.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the owners have reduced their opening times and certain services. Please be assured they are applying all of the legal requirements from a health and safety perspective, including a deep clean of the property after every stay.
