Welcome to Shoalwater 703, your luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, promising a rejuvenating vacation experience with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away.

Located on the 7th floor, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony. Step inside to discover the epitome of coastal elegance.

The Primary suite beckons with a comfortable King bed, private bath featuring dual vanity sinks, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access where you can savor the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with its Full-Over-Full bunk bed and flat-screen TV.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for memorable family meals. PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and was very clean. We enjoyed the very large balcony overlooking the beach and pool below. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout and good location

Floors could have been cleaner, cabinets needed wipe down and master bedroom mattress needs replacement other than that nice condo with great floor plan and close to grocery store also has nice patio furniture

Great family vacation spot!

The unit was just as advertised. We had minor issues, but we called Charles and he took care of things immediately. Great location on the beach. Location is great! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely rent from Charles again:)

Family vacation at Orange Beach

The condo and the location of it were great! My kids were a little disappointed in the workout room but other than that all was great. The outdoor seating area at this condo was perfect for 7 of us.

Blissful vacation

This property is everything it says it is and more! Beautiful decor and updated kitchen and baths. We had a family of five adults and it was perfect. The balcony was our favorite place to be for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Nightly Uno games on the balcony were wonderful. Can’t wait to rent this property again!

Great Condo

We had a great experience with this condo. There was construction going on, but we were warned well ahead of time and there was no issue. The property managers checked on us to make sure things were good and responded immediately to any questions. All good experiences. Will definitely stay again!

Tastefully decorated and conveniently located to everything.

The condo was just as described by the owner. Our family of four stayed for a week in May and had a wonderful time. The condo is conveniently located to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores in Orange Beach. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pools as well as the indoor pool. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be booking our next vacation with them again. 5 stars. *****

Amazing

This property was fully equipped with all the necessities! The only thing that could’ve been better was the patio area was a little dusty (due to sand & pollen). It only needed a little tidying up & it would’ve been perfect! We still enjoyed our time on the patio so no biggie. The “living quarters” were everything and more! Thanks for such an Amazing experience 🤗

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable home on the beach

Our family loved our week in Shoalwater #703. Some of the special highlights of this amazing condo are: a wonderful view of the gulf from a large well furnished balcony, full size bunk beds (all three kids had their own beds), very nice updated and well stocked kitchen. Our family ate many meals at the hightop table on the deck. The living room is pretty and comfortable to hang out in on a rainy day. The master bedroom has a soft king sized bed and large bathroom. It opens to the balcony. We appreciated the keypad lock on the condo door. The building is clean and we never had to wait for an elevator. We hope to return!

Our stay

The condo was perfect. Beautiful view, lots of seating on the balcony which was great. The condo was clean and had everything thing we needed. We traveled with our children and grandchildren. The kiddie pool was perfect for the little ones. The only thing we didn’t like it, is there isn’t a check-in time specified, it just says after 3. Our fault for not knowing that meant it could be anytime after 3. After a long 8 hour drive we were ready to unload and relax, but didn’t get to check-in until after 4:30, which was a little bit frustrating that we had to just wait for a text telling us it was ready. Not convenient at all after traveling a long day. We however loved the condo and very much enjoyed our stay❤️

Just a few tips

Overall was satisfied. The location is great. The address provided was wrong and we had to drive around a bit before finding it. We were provided with two entry codes but the property manager helped promptly. The indoor pool was hot tub temperature (103) and the hot tub was pool temp. The drainage system in the indoor pool also seems to be broken so there was a lot of standing water which was slippery and gross if you thought about it too much. Be sure to take or buy: toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen trash bags, Saran wrap (etc), laundry soap, dishwasher detergent as only one of each was provided and only lasted a couple of days for a family. Take extra blankets for chilly nights.

Fun week at the beach

Overall, everything was great about our stay! The condo was nice and updated for the most part, beds/sheets were clean. There was construction right outside of our balcony, part of the parking lot was blocked off, and you had to walk through the construction to get to the beach. We were warned about construction but unfortunately it was after we already booked. The couches were worn out and kind of dirty, and the washer and dryer were very old and need replaced. At one point I thought the dryer was on fire when we were using it because it smelled like smoke so bad. Other than those couple of things, the condo itself was very nice and we loved having a view of the ocean every day.

Cleaning makes the difference

They missed overall 5 star rating because of the following. They texted me the wrong address and when my wife called to get information the girl was rude, lucky I found my email with correct address. When we got to the condo it was not cleaned well, counters and table where dirty and sticky, plus floors had not been cleaned. One of the shower curtains had black mold which meant they had not been cleaned. After we cleaned the things the rest of the stay was great.

We stayed in this condo for a vacation and softball tourney in Foley Al.

Very nice condo. Pictures did not do it justice. The balcony was awesome. Big table for six people and a couple of extra chairs on the balcony. Very roomy for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Location of complex was awesome. Lots to do close by and within 30 minutes of softball fields in Foley. Had an issue with the air conditioner very late one night. My husband found extra filter and changed it but it still kept kicking off. Emailed owner and he called early the next morning and had someone there to fix it immediately. Luckily it was night and the ceiling fans kept it cool and comfortable. Condo was nice and cool when we got back from softball field. Luckily it was a simple fix. Owner responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing you condo with us.

Great Place

Place was great. Perfect view and location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. I did only give 1 star for check in process. The address on VRBO was not the address of the condo. I had to call and get the info. There were a couple numbers mixed up

Great location on the beach

We all enjoyed our stay. The teenagers loved the beach, swimming in the pool indoor and outdoor. Views of the dolphins swimming by were awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. When we arrived we noticed two of the patio door handles were broken, we notified Liquid Life and someone on on-site or take care of it within about 30 minutes. They were also doing construction o. The property during the time we were there which we had to work around and at time was a little noisy during the day of you were in the condo, but they done a good just of just keeping the work to normal working hours rather than.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Shoalwater 703. It had all the necessary kitchen items including a Keurig! We loved the big balcony! Lots of space for our family of 6. Please note that there was not enough toilet paper and paper towels or trash bags—I went and bought more on day 2 of our trip!The elevator was great. Very speedy—never had to wait! There was a basketball court in the property so we went and bought a ball for the kids.
