Cette unité de coin de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est située à Orange Beach à Phoenix VI. Profitez de la vue sur les plages de sable blanc, le col et le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon privé. La chambre principale a un lit King, 42 pouces TV à écran plat, accès au balcon et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à remous, douche séparée et deux lavabos. La 2ème chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits Queen et la 3ème chambre a un lit Queen. Les deux chambres ont également une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès au balcon. Cet établissement propose également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une île et une machine à glaçons. Il y a des volets de plantation dans le salon ainsi que des planchers de tuiles.

Les installations du Phoenix VI comprennent une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée, une piscine pour enfants, un bain à remous, un sauna, une salle de jeux, un barbecue, une salle de sport, des kiosques, des courts de tennis éclairés et un parking pour deux véhicules.

Le complexe est sans fumée, y compris les balcons, les terrasses de la piscine et tous les autres espaces communs. Il y a une zone fumeurs à l'extérieur.

The Phoenix itself was absolutely amazing! Quick access to the beach and pool. Will definitely stay there again. However, Liquid Life is where my issue lies. My grandfather left a silver necklace on the end table by the couch. I contacted Liquid Life the day we checked out and they said they’d get ahold of housekeeping and then let me know. It took over a week and me calling 8 times, texting once, and messaging on VRBO for them to finally say they did not find it. Very frustrated with the communication of Liquid Life.

Family vacation

Condo was nice great view of ocean.Master bed fitted sheet was dirty look like a urine stain had to wash it.Dryer took to long to dry cloths.snd wooden blind on the balcony door would not close because it was stuck.Everything else was great.One more thing I had left my Dexcom sending under the pillow of the master bedroom.I called liquid Life about it today August 15but haven’t heard back if the cleaning people have found it I really need it back.I will stay there again.

Only one minor complaint otherwise wonderful. There is not a plug between the two beds in the bedroom with two beds. My husband wears a CPAP and needs to have a plug closer to the bed near the bedside table.

Crazy high price for parking

I’ll never stay at another phoenix just because of the extremely expensive price for parking. 53$ per car! Never paid more than 20$ for a parking pass. Only complaint about the condo is the washer and dryer. Extremely loud washer and dryer takes 4 cycles to dry. Everything else was great. Condo was well laid out and comfortable. Pool was great.

Needs updates

Balcony was closed for maintenance and supposed to open up, but didn’t. Refrigerator doors loose, water leaks from bathroom faucet in master when turned on. Microwave makes noise when using and so does laundry dryer. No room in living space due to balcony furniture being stored. This unit shouldn’t have been rented during maintenance. Ruined our entire stay. Property overall is a great place to visit. Pools are wonderful and easy beach access.

Great house

I enjoyed staying in the property. It was as described and the property manager was very responsive with my questions. I would recommend and I will book again if I travel to Savannah in the future.

A nice condo but...

This was a nice stay thanks to the balcony and perfect weather. The facility is very nice. The balcony and balcony furniture are the best. Inside the sectional sofa is in need of replacement. We ended up sitting on the dining chairs to watch TV. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced. A few issues: 1. The interior photos are somewhat misleading. It is not as spacious as it appears. Plenty of space - just not as much as the photos seem to show. 2. The master bath is peculiar in its configuration. Very limited towel racks. Shower is 2 large steps up (nowhere for anyone with mobility issues) and has nowhere to place a bar of soap or anything else for that matter. 3. Dryer is unable to fully dry a load of clothes in 1 cycle. 4. Unit needs more towels (including kitchen towels and dishcloths) considering it's capacity. 5. Wifi speed is adequate, but needs better security.

July 4 2022 weekend

Condo was great for our family. We Loved the balconies! Both the front and back were great, especially for fireworks all around Orange Beach area. The thing I would say about the condo needing changed is that it was in good shape but could use a little bit of updating. In the master bathroom you had to go up two steps into the shower & in the kitchen, the shelves in the refrigerator door need replaced. Other than those, we enjoyed our family time together and fireworks!

Great unit but missing some standard items

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall a great trip. Several pros and a few cons. First, a big plus was the ice maker in unit. It was kind of loud but was super convenient. The balcony is very nice and has great comfortable furniture on it. Beds and linens are comfortable. Many times I’ve stayed in places and the elevators are horrible and can’t keep up. No problems here! 4 elevators grouped together and they were fast and efficient. Two big cons with the unit. It sleeps 10. I reserved for 7 (ended up with 6.) There are not enough towels. There were 4towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1hand towel in each of the 2 bathrooms. I asked for more on the first day we were there and I was told “due to supply shortage” this was all that was supplied. After texting back saying this should be communicated, I was told this is info shared in reservation email. I referred back and it was in one line stating that 1 towel set was provided for each bathroom. I have been renting from VRBO and Airbnb several times a year for many years now and I have never not had towels. I expect to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, ziplocks, etc but towels are a standard. I expect to wash towels every night also and bring laundry detergent. I have never had to bring towels except for beach towels. The second con with this unit was the dryer had to run almost 3 complete cycles to dry towels. So every minute spent in the condo was dealing with towels.

Overall, we are pleased at the vacation. We were able to get ahold of liquid Life when needed. The unit we rented is outdated. That wasn't a management issue though. We would useiquid life again.
