Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. This unit has two beds. One King size Tempur-Pedic style memory foam bed, one queen size memory foam bed, and a sofa couch w/ a memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. The house listed is on the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. The house is centrally located; it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Zoo.

Our stay was fantastic with a small glitch at check in, the property manager arrived promptly. They even removed snow quickly!! We loved our little place! Great memories!!

This was a very convenient location for festivities at Augustana. The house was perfect for the two of us but could accommodate another couple or children. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was a pleasure staying at this home.

Great Place to Crash Land!

We came to Sioux Falls for a graduation and to visit a college. The hosts were highly communicative, responding immediately to an issue with the door lock and then checking in later to make sure all was still well. They had everything we needed. 10/10 would stay again.

Epic stay!

We stayed around the holidays and it was nice to have a little Christmas tree in the house. There was a really cool mirror that lit up. Overall it was a cozy place to stay for a little while.

The place met all our beeds.

This was a quick trip over the weekend. The place was centally located and in a nice neighborhood. Parking was a bit tight but mostly do to all of the snow piles. Over all a very nice place to stay.

This place is exactly as described, if not even better! Very quick response to any questions and checked in to see how things were going (via a message). Loved the extra little Christmas tree and other holiday effects throughout the house. Will definately stay here again!

We just stayed one night. Rubin was very attentive & easy to contact/work with. The place is super cute; well maintained & clean. It's in a nice area of town, & was close to the college (which was our main objective). We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. After check in I had some questions about parking . I reached out to our hosts and received an answer immediately. Check in process was very smooth. Property was clean and the neighborhood was good. Would dry stay here again.

Perfect place for our needs

We love staying at this property! It's a great location, close to just about everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. I even write down the name of the mattress to check into getting for our home. Kitchen has everything you need. The host is very responsive. This is our second time here and certainly won't be our last.

Perfect for three adults

We had a wonderful stay here! My sister, my brother and myself stayed here five nights, and the space was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms which were comfortable and a fold out couch, which we did not use. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The place was very clean and comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent! We would definitely stay again.

Lower Unit, As Described, Great Location

Had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay; clean and nicely appointed! Kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs and the entire unit was just as pictured. Only surprise was that it was a bit noisy. Being on lower level we could hear the people upstairs move about. The host was responsive and overall we had a very nice stay!

Clean and safe!

I stayed here while my husband was having surgery at one of the local hospitals. The property was very clean and Rubin was excellent at responding to any needs I had while I was there. I stayed in a bottom unit. If footsteps above bother you, maybe consider one of the top units. If the units are rented out, parking in back can be a bit tricky. I ended up parking on the street most nights. It wasn't a big deal to me as the neighborhood felt very safe. Just wanted to point that out if that is a deal-breaker for anyone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable, a keypad lock on both entry doors, complementary coffee and large TV. Would definitely recommend; especially in comparison to what you pay for a hotel.
