We make every effort to ensure guests have a clear and honest understanding of what to expect prior to arrival. In addition, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest’s stay. We follow a detailed cleaning checklist, including fresh laundering of all bedding, sanitizing all surfaces, and completing a full walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards. We have not received similar complaints regarding cleanliness or odor from other guests. When this concern was brought to our attention, we responded immediately and offered assistance, including sending a team member to inspect the property. At that time, no issues consistent with what was described were found. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-represented property, and guest satisfaction remains our top priority. We are always available to address concerns promptly and professionally.
