Steps from the beach! Incredible views from the balcony. We even saw a family of manatees from the condo dock! 🌞

Beach/Resort Fun

We had a great time the property offered pool and hot tub and the Grandkids had a great time and all the other guests were awesome with the grandkids . In addition to the water activities they offered pickle ball, shuffle board and other yard games. When we wanted to visit the beach it was a quick walk across the street. The family had a great time and look forward to another visit in the future.

From the large balcony overlooking the water, to the private bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the cleanliness of the unit and entire property, it was the perfect location to spend our vacation! We even got to see a dolphin and manatee in the water from our balcony. I could go on and on about how much we loved staying here. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be going back!

Summer Get Away

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice. We had plenty of room and were able to enjoy ourselves in the apartment as well as outside. The pool area was very nice. The fact that the sun was on the pool in the morning was awesome. We were able to access the beach easily, even though we were not right on the beach. We also had a terrific view of the waterway and got to see manatees and dolphins from our balcony. I would stay at this property again.

We were fortunate to stay in this unit at the last minute. We have stayed at Sunrise before and always enjoy ourselves here! This unit is unique being a PH and we enjoyed our stay tremendously and especially appreciative to the management in the office. It helps to have access to those who can help at the moment of need. GREAT LOCATION

You will not be disappointed with the view or location of this condo. While the condo itself is oddly put together and needs a huge update, the location, parking availability, elevator speed, and staff accommodations were great. Cleaning could be a bit better? The kitchen is hard to cook in...however, this should not be a deterrent for renting. The view is amazing, the manatees were a joy to watch (and there are rays that will come into the cancel to visit, too, they are so cool), and the location to restaurants and the beach were perfect.

Nancy in the office was who I dealt with most and she did a Great job as well.Quite disappointed that we never had a microwave when we arrived. We were told we would have on installed on Feb. 24. That's 3 1/2 weeks after we checked in. Nancy gave hers from their office so we would have one. They came to install the new one on the 24th and that one too was defective so we still never had the main unit installed. We dealt with the smaller counter top one from Nancy though & made it work. (Thanks to her) Was quite disappointed with that whole situation after we spend $13,000 for a month and I have to ask for a appliance that should have been there in the first place.I also cleaned up the shower a lot better when we arrived. The floor was pretty dirty.

Rapid decline in Quality

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not the best. Quality of the room has continuously declined over the past 8 years. The refrigerator was broke. Lost $300 worth of food. Was not offered replacement cost, credit, or complimentary stay for the affected days/nights. The kitchen sink was leaking water which soaked all of our paper products. The kitchen light did not work. The guest TV cable box would not turn on. Marks, scrapes and gouges all over the walls which made the place feel dirty. The blinds were broken and duct tape was used to keep most of them from falling down??? We won't return until things drastically improve.

We usually like to stay right on the beach, but this condo was a great alternative as it was easy to get to the beach, and watching manatees, sting rays, dolphins, and the pelicans right from our balcony was awesome! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Recommend Woodys, Bongos, Toasted Monkey and Crabby Bills to eat. Forgot to write in the guest journal-sorry! Loved our week at Sunrise!
