Once you walk up to the spacious deck and open the doors, you will find a classic-styled Florida beach home. With 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and living area, you will find plenty of room for a party of 6. Relax on the porch with your morning coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying a captivating view of the sunrise and sunset.

With its Seacrest location, you're nestled in the peaceful area between Prominence and Alys Beach. Enjoy family activities, shopping and live music at The Big Chill in Prominence. Venture down to Alys for fine dining, festivals, and to sightsee the impeccable architecture. Enjoy bird watching and hiking at Camp Creek Lake (a rare coastal dune lake), or Deer Lake State Park.

Beach Access:
From the front of the home, head across 30A to the bike trail. Head west on the trail just a few feet and you'll be at the Seacrest Drive Beach Access. Then just head down the scenic boardwalk and you're toes will be in the sand in no time.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
