The view from the balcony was incredible and the house was an amazing fit for our family of 6 for everyone to have their own room! Kelli was extremely prompt and responsive for any request we had during our stay. We will be back!

It was a beautiful home, in a beautiful area with amazing views! We just were not prepared to have Bears actually coming up to the house and bothering us. One was pacing back and forth outside on the second floor balcony our first night, and it made all of us scared to go outside and enjoy the yard and hot tub because we didn’t know what the bears would do. One afternoon- there was load roaring over and over and sounded like the bears were mating or fighting- and it was a horrible sound to hear as you are wanting to relax and enjoy the views outside. It was all very cool to witness, and quite a lesson in nature - but I would def not stay here again because of the danger of the bears.

The cabin was cozy and had a "feel good" vibe that we all loved. The fireplaces with very easy operation might have been our favorite part. The hosts were exceptional. We would definitely choose this one again.

The pictures of the place are not up to date pictures. The outside is rough. The fire pit was broken in several spots. A bear had taken a bite out of the hot tub cover and the patio needs some cleaning. The balcony was in good shape for the most part and had nice chairs. The house was clean and had nice beds with clean linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The refrigerator however took almost 24 hours to get cold. When I messaged the seller to tell them it wasn’t working, it took until the next morning before we heard anything back. The booking agent even tried to contact them. The downstairs had a bad musty and damp smell. They had 2 dehumidifiers going and we had to empty them several times. Both of them had a change filter warning on them. The “arcade” games were not as expected. They had a slot machine and a small pinball machine. They were not for children. We had 6 kids with us and they were very bored. The garage (where the ping pong table was) was bad. We wouldn’t let the children in there because of a bad damp musty moldy smell. It reminded me of an old cellar. We did have a bear come up on the balcony and you can see where one had been bedded down just past the hot tub. You can see it from the downstairs window. We also had several 4 piles of bear poop in the yard. But that’s nature for ya. We were very disappointed with the place and will not stay there again.

We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear you enjoyed the mountain views, the deck and outdoor furniture, the comfortable beds, clean linens, and our well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciate the opportunity to address a few of the concerns you mentioned.The fire pit has since been replaced. Regarding the refrigerator, when it is loaded with a large quantity of room-temperature groceries, it can take several hours to return to its normal operating temperature. We regret any frustration this caused and responded as soon as we were able the following morning. Our arcade area and game room are accurately represented in our listing photos, and we encourage guests to review the listing details to ensure the amenities are the right fit for their group before booking. As for the wildlife, seeing bears is one of the unique experiences of staying in the Smoky Mountains. While we certainly can't control where bears choose to roam—or when they leave evidence of their visit—we do our best to maintain the property between guests while respecting the natural environment that makes this area so special. Finally, we're pleased to hear you found the beds comfortable. Providing our guests with a clean, comfortable place to relax and get a great night's sleep is one of our highest priorities. We wish you and your family all the best on your future travels.

Great cabin!!

Wonderful cabin. Plenty to keep us and kids entertained. Loved teaching them how to play poker downstairs, enjoying the amazing views and local area. Property managers are super responsive and wonderful communicators. Will certainly look to stay again!

I am very happy you enjoyed the porches! Cabin is on an acre lot with green space on all sides and a big front yard, just enough space to feel private but it is in a neighborhood with other cabins near by. Thanks for staying .

Amazing mountain stay

The cabin was a perfect getaway for a large family. Close enough to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge to enjoy all the attractions, but far enough away to sit on a deck and unwind. Beautiful home with views all around. Would certainly book again and recommend to friends and family.

Family Vacation

My family of 9 enjoyed every moment of the cabin. We had a great stay. Everything was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were clean and so comfortable. The bunk bed room was perfect for the 3 kids.

The place was incredible! Took a trip with family and had everything we needed. Amazing views, even better than expected. A lot of room and great place for family to enjoy time together or relax alone. Kelli was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. I hope to stay again!!

Beautiful property!

We came here for a small bachelorette trip and had the best time. The cabin is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the owners were so communicative. We were there during the hurricane and they made sure to stay in communication with us to ensure we were okay and update us on what was going on in the area! Highly recommend and will hopefully be coming back!

Cozy Home. Amazing Views

Host Kelli was wonderful. The home was very cozy and provided for a great mountain family get away. The view of the falls leaves from their charming wrap around porch was beautiful. The home was clean and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would book with this host and her home again.

Amazing Views and so much space!

We took a family trip to TN with multiple families wanting to stay together this house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and space to hang out. The views were spectacular and our Host was prompt at answering any questions quickly. Would highly recommend and hopefully we can come back soon!
