Fantastic location

Loved the location, far enough from the busy area, close enough to walk there in under 10 minutes, awesome views, photos don't do it justice, perfect for my wife and I, Brian gave us all the information we required, will try and book this again if we come back.

My young family of 4 had and Amazing stay, with breath taking views it was out of this world. Brian’s place is very comfortable and it has everything you need and the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet street when there was no road works just outside of town. Location was ideal for a young family with a hire car. We will be back.

A wonderfully comfortable rental furnished with all you need for a self-catered break like ours (4 mights). We would love to have stayed longer but our schedule didn't allow it.Brian was an excellent communicator , responding very promptly to each and every query in the months leading up to our arrival.I thoroughly recommend this rental.

Great spot

Perfect spot for a few days in Queenstown. Easy walk (less than 10mins) into the centre of town and main attractions. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved looking out the huge windows to the lake. Really happy with all aspects of our stay.

Fabulous stay - everything we needed.

Great Queenstown base for our family of 4. Easy walk to the centre of town and all attractions. Very comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities- we especially appreciated the electric blankets, good heating, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. Fantastic communication from host Brian. Excellent value for money. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent accomodation

This was a great place to stay during my recent trip to Queenstown. It is in a great location close to the township, the views are fabulous, the place was clean and tidy and it was warm. It has great facilities available with washing machine/dryer etc. The communication prior to arriving in Queenstown was good with clear instructions on finding the place and the key. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Lovely accommodation and stunning views. We were little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub as it is stated on the website. I think a bbq will be wonderful as the patio is such a lovely space for evening Alfresco dining. We enjoyed our stay

Enjoyable stay in Queenstown

Was great to stay here - we did the Routeburn walk so we’re away for two nights but friends were able to make use of the apartment while we were away. We had everything we needed and found it very close to town - convenient for walking to shops, restaurants etc. Also able to wash out our hiking gear and get it all dried outside before continuing our holiday.

You don't often get exactly what you see in the ad - but this time we did. A great little bach with a stunning view. Place was very clean and close to town. The bunk bed could have been a little more stable!

What a View! Spectacular Scenery looking out over the lake and at the mountains. Well equiped with everything required (comfortable bed, lovely kitchen, dining & lounge). Great instructions snd very helpful communication from the owner. A peaceful stay that was a short walk into town (8 minutes).

The view was great, check in and communication was great, loved the apartment, had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and wished I had booked it for our last three days in Queenstown. The hill is a killer to walk up every day lol but great excercise for us. If I come again I would definitely book this again.

The accommodation is simply furnished, but has everything you need, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The view is stunning and you can't get enough of it.The owner is extremely helpful and provides you with all the information you need. I would rent the apartment again in a heartbeat

Great location, comfortable flat

We loved our stay in Queenstown! The view from the apartment is spectacular. We walked to the downtown/harbor area and to the gondola. The climb up the hill to come back to the apartment may be a lot if you have limited fitness but it was fine for our family and worth it to not worry about parking. The parent itself was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and laundry was easy. Overall a great stay and we would love to come back again!

Perfect spot for a getaway

Great communication. Fabulous location; didn't use our car unless going out of town. Warm & comfortable though we were there in January the temperatures dropped outside. Didn't have to use any heating. Believe the views, exactly what was promised.Only comment would be to have a larger TV. We did spend some time chilling out indoors when it rained.Highly recommend staying here.

The property was good. 10 minute walk to town and gondola. Good views of the bay. Had everything you needed. Good size for the 2 or us. Brian was quick to answer and gave tips on things and information as there were road works. Will stay again

AMAZING LITTLE GEM

A breath taking view over the lake from the comfort of the couch or dinning table, we sat there in amazement of how beautiful the view was. good sleeping arrangements, great kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and drier was a bonus. Nice walking distance to town but not a nice walk back. Also driveway is a little steep so a car with low bumpers are not nice to get in to the driveway, but I figured out a way to get in and out with hardly scrapping. overall for me and my friends we loved our stay at this property and would recommend it for small groups.
