Reagan was a great host,the property was in a good location for us and she had so many nice amenities available for our use! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. There was free parking directly adjacent to the property. Reagan was exceptionally responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book again.

Great weekend! Convenient downtown location with many adventures close by. Parking was easy and private, home was clean and comfy! Our host was very accommodating and friendly. We're happy we had the experience.

Great location close to a lot of Richmond attractions. Quiet neighborhood and cool space. There's a lot of light in the bedroom so I would recommend bringing an eye shade if you're sensitive to that in the mornings. Check in was smooth and we had complete privacy. Enjoyed the stay and would come again!

the place had a very distinctive smell of cat, i am allergic to cats and had to leave and find a different place to stay. but the host was very good about comunicating quickly. i asked for my money back, will see how this will go

This is listed as an “entire home” and while you do have your own space, the space is attached to the back of the owner’s home and there are two doors that lead into the main home inside the space. The homeowner does ensure that those doors are locked at all times and provides a chain style lock on the property side but it was strange. Positives: overall clean. Comfortable bed. Easy access to 95. Private parking. Easy check-in and out process. Negatives: homeowner has pets so we could hear a dog barking inside the main home and the property smelled of cats, inside and out. Court yard was overgrown and unusable and not inviting as pictured. With doors leading into main home, the property does not feel private. Bathroom door is a farm style door and with bathroom being right off the kitchen space, it didn’t feel very private. Overall this property met our needs but would not be somewhere we would stay again.

This space is clean, private and compact. Entrance to unit is off rear alley, not Clay street. This made finding door a little tricky because map takes you to spot off W Clay St. Great location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, this place is exactly what we needed and we would stay there again.

Great communication. Clean. Free private parking was nice. I did not spend much time in the rental because I was in town for an event at the convention center, where I was the most of the time. The Convention Center was a 10 minute walk away. Next time I am in Richmond I would book here again.

Lovely duplex in the heart of Richmond!!!

Amazing shower in an incredible space with private entrance in the heart of RVA. Reagan pays attention to all the details and offers everything you could need!! The body lotions and shower gels all smell so good too. Very quick to respond and takes care of everything with amazing speed. Stayed twice this month and can’t wait to go back!!!!!

This a very cute little space that was perfect for me traveling alone but could also work for a couple. Do note the bathroom is downstairs and bathroom with shower is upstairs. This was not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues or need to use bathroom several times in night it could be an issue. Host was communicative and helpful. I really loved spending time in the garden even if the storms made it a little wild.

It's a lovely little getaway for two, nestled within walking distance of the Richmond nightlife scene. The buildings have a lot of age and character to them, and the interior of the property is updated, clean, and very pleasant. Would stay again!
