North Shore 401 - Condo unique en son genre de 3 chambres à North Shore

Le condo accueille un plan d'étage ouvert permettant une sensation aérée et légère partout. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement six personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et prête à l'emploi avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un repas. Le salon est très confortable et vous invite à vous asseoir et à vous détendre. Lit king size dans la chambre principale, la deuxième chambre est un lit queen. Chambre d'hôtes a une reine et lits doubles, plus un confortable canapé-lit queen.

Le charmant patio est un endroit parfait pour se détendre. Il offre une vue magnifique sur les magnifiques palmiers Palmetto de Caroline du Sud et les beaux chênes vivants. Un endroit calme et serein pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou un délicieux dîner de fin de soirée.

La piscine de la rive nord est à quelques pas de votre porte; pas besoin de monter dans l'ascenseur ou de monter les marches pour accéder à cette superbe piscine. La piscine Ocean Side Sea Crest est également disponible pour votre usage et à quelques pas de votre condo.

North Shore Place offre un garage souterrain sécurisé et fermé pour votre usage. Si vous le souhaitez, vous n'aurez plus jamais besoin d'utiliser votre voiture, car il y a une variété de restaurants, d'épiceries et de magasins à quelques minutes. La plage spectaculaire de Hilton Head est à 2 minutes à pied. Lorsque vous revenez de la plage, il y a des douches extérieures à l'entrée pour laver le sable. Il existe de nombreux sentiers pédestres et cyclistes juste devant votre porte.

The HOA decided to close the pool and hot tub over which the company had no control but they were very accommodating. Great location for families with kids. Ice cream and food across the street.

Great Condo, Will Book Again!

Great layout, clean, good amenities, proximity to the pool and beach can't be better. We'll be reserving again for 2025.

Walk to everything, really nice unit!

The location here is great. Walk to restaurants, coffee, grocery store, bars, and the beach. Most evenings, there is lovely live music nearby that drifts up as you watch the sunset from the balcony. You can see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and the unit is well constructed and so quiet. Communication with property mgmt is very good.

The condo was clean and the staff very helpful, got back to us immediately with any concerns we had. Wasps nest were irritating and they came immediately to resolve. They also placed a call to an exterminator. Lovely time. Wishing 1st floor Bed was king size.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We travel to HHI at least twice a year. We had two infants and four adults. This condo is an excellent location! It is a short walking distance to the beach, and local shops at Coligny. We loved the location directly beside the pool! We loved relaxing on the outside porch rockers. The beds are super comfortable. However, there are multiple updates that are needed to make this an even better rental property. The dryer needs to be updated. It would never dry our clothes or towels! It would take almost 2-3 hours for our laundry to dry. The internet is so slow. A new router is recommended to increase the speed. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. The microwave seems to need a replacement. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we will return. I recommend the owner update all appliances to make the condo an even better rental property!

Perfect Location, Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review is with mixed feelings. The location of the condo is perfect. If you like the Coligny area of HHI, you can't beat the location of this condo. The condo itself was plenty big for 6 adults and 3 children. Parking was good. The walk to the beach was very short, literally a couple of minutes. But this condo needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, not just sand but leftover food from previous guests. The carpet in the bedrooms had not been swept before we arrived. The ice maker was broken (it was repaired while we were there), and the dryer took hours to dry a standard load of clothes. Also note this condo it next to the pool area - which is great for small kids but not so great at 11:00 p.m.(and later) when people are in the hot tub with no respect to the closing time of 10:00 p.m. for the pool and hot tub. BUT, if the condo were cleaned properly, we would definitely stay here again because the positives outweigh the negatives. Oh, and having a few nice restaurants right across the street so you don't have to drive was also great.

Seashore vacations are great to deal with. 401north shore HH

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo. It was the week of May 20th through May 27. It definitely needs some deep cleaning and in the kitchen the bottom of the cupboards were broke and just laying there. It could use some plastic cups for kids and a little disorganized. The front door needs a latch inside on the top. We have a 19 month old and she was able to open the door. Unable to lock from the inside. Dryer took so long to dry our towels at least 4 cycles of 60 min. One night there were some teenagers at the pool after 10 which didn’t bothere us but they were laying all over each other on the loungers . I went out and said the pool close at 10 and did they stay there and the one said yes but wasn’t sure what villa and one of the girls said 201. There was a disturbing incident but do not want to put on here. I was going to call seashore but they left and did not come back. I was surprised that I never seen any security there or at seacrest. I would definitely still rent through seashore vacations but not sure if I would rent 401. Are stay was pleasant. Just a few things need fixing. Love the location and a plus being by the pool.

Spectacular unit!

My mother-in-law came along with us this time, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space, yet still be close to us. The photos online are great, but this unit is even better in person! All of the beds were comfortable, the wrap around balcony is amazing, and the main door to this unit walks out to the roof top pool. The bright, nautical decor throughout the unit was gorgeous and done with such detail! The island experience is amazing, but staying in this unit made it even better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit, facility and location was great!Unit had everything we needed and was clean but needs a little TLC. There were some broken floor tiles, broken picture frames and gouges in the sheetrock at the bottom of the stairs. The bedrooms with the Queen bed and 2 twin beds could probably use new mattresses. The Queen bed dipped in the middle and the guests kept sliding to the middle of the bed throughout the night. The twin beds were just uncomfortable.

We love that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs so we can socialize without waking children. The only challenge we’ve had for two year in a row is the dryer. It takes 4 cycles of drying to fully dry clothes. I am hopeful that the owners or management will deal with this issue as we did laundry every day and this was a big problem.

Large Family Condo

Perfect condo for out stay with adults and children. Three bedrooms was a must this year and proximity to the pool made the kids so happy! Walk to the beach is easy even with all accessories in tow. The condo was larger than I thought would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Great location, great property. North Shore Place is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. We've stayed in this building for years and always enjoy the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. First time in a 3 BR condo and loved it. Wrap around patio and great views.
