Westhampton Home - Plage privée, piscine et terrasse!

Bienvenue sur la liste de notre belle maison de plage familiale! Notre maison est parfaite pour si vous voulez vous détendre sur notre propre plage privée (juste devant notre porte arrière), vous détendre au bord de la piscine ou sur le pont, visiter le village local ou explorer les environs.

Nous sommes à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Westhampton Beach et à proximité de dizaines de vignobles dans la North Fork. Nous l'adorons ici et nous espérons que vous aussi!
L'espace

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette maison moderne aérée est juste sur un acre de front de mer. Si la plage n'est pas pour vous, la piscine, la terrasse privée avec hamacs et coins salon, les espaces de vie et les chambres ensoleillés feront certainement l'affaire!

Accès invité:
Accès complet et privé aux premier et deuxième étages, à la piscine et à la terrasse. Quatre chambres à coucher, cuisine, trois salles de bain complètes, deux espaces de vie (à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée) et deux salles à manger. Grand parking devant. Les propriétaires entretiennent un petit appartement au sous-sol.

Autres choses à noter:
Notre belle maison ne dispose pas actuellement de la climatisation centrale. Dans un pincement, la brise océanique fait l'affaire, mais nous fournissons également de nouveaux ventilateurs haute puissance pour chaque chambre. Rien à redire encore!

Great beach house!

This is a beautiful beach house with a pool and it is located on a wide and deep sandy beach. Very comfortable home, great location and awesome beach. Owner is also very easy to deal with and highly recommend this beach home.

Lovely Vacation

We spent 4 weeks at Lulu's house, and we loved every minute of it. The house is perfectly located and totally comfortable. Lulu is a great host. We hope to go back one day!

The property was absolutely fabulous with every amenity you could hope for. The location on the beach was truly beautiful with many vantage points to enjoy the view. The host responded quickly and their attention to detail was excellent! The kitchen was really well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were very much enjoyed!! Having the pool as well for the grandchildren was a big plus. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a wonderful holiday!

It was our pleasure to host Ellen and her family. She travelled far to attend our home, from England, so wanted them to really enjoy their stay on this side of the pond. They were so understanding of the differences in language and culture and left our home as we left it for them. It was our honor to host them.

September Sanctuary

We had a wonderful time at Louisa's property. We were highly impressed with the variety and amount of amenities that were available to use including pool toys, beach chairs, towels, coffee, bath toiletries etc. The home was very clean and spacious. The open floor plan was ideal and comfortable for our group of 8. Louisa was readily available for our immediate questions and was very accommodating. The private beach was just a few steps away! We appreciated the 1hr early check-in as well. Magnificent all around; she is a 5 star host..thank you!

Beach House Memories🌞

This house is AMAZING ! Louisa thought of everything if you happen to Have forget to pack something in your suit case like suntan lotion , beach towels & a good book to read it’s all there and more ! The house is nice and spacious a couple of my favorite things were, the big round table you can seat a lot of people around in kitchen all so the seating area up stairs that you can see the ocean view and has a balcony .The master bedroom has a veranda over looking front of house nice and quite . Upstairs bedrooms you can see the bay across the way .And let’s not forget the big outdoor shower was great everyone used it . I have rent in the Hamptons for years and this house is definitely one of the best and Louisa and her family were so nice and accommodating and always were there if I had any questions Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to spend another summer here next year -Knox Family

Great place and location

This is a great place to stay. The owners are great too. Home has a bug problem in the bedrooms and kitchen but it is on the beach and understand that is hard to manage at times.

Lovely Experience

Very smooth check-in process. From the moment of rental through departure, the owners were incredible. We requested an early arrival to accommodate work conference calls, Laura was very gracious, even notifying us we could arrive earlier if needed. She’s very easy to work with and professional. We did not have a lot of questions or request during our stay. Every need was anticipated and met before our arrival! The home is very well appointed. The photos don’t do it justice. We are looking forward to returning!!

Amazing experience

This is a beautiful home located on one of the best ocean beaches that you will find on the east coast. This house is amazing and much nicer than the pictures posted. Luisa Cabrera provides a very warm and inviting home with every little touch that you can want for a stay in their home. The kitchen is well stocked as were the other rooms in the house. All you need is a bathing suit some food and drink and all else is provided including beach chairs and pool toys. We were two families with adult children and this house offers so many different areas to spend your time that we were never on top of one another. You could go to the beach, gather in the loft deck with amazing beach views, sunbathe on the deck, hang in the living room, read a book on the covered deck, or jump in the pool. The pool was very inviting and served as a great spot to cool off between trips to the beach. During our stay there was a storm coming up the coast which made swimming in the ocean dangerous, so the pool was a life saver. The deck area is huge and the deck by the pool is covered so that rain did not stop us from being outside. On the dry days we put up an 11-foot screen on the deck and watched movies outside after dark. We are avid beach goers and love to cook so we didn’t spend any time in the town of Westhampton but would highly recommend a lobster roll from John Scott’s Surf Shack which is within walking distance of the house as well as a jelly croissant from the Beach Bakery and Grand Cafe. We had an unforgettable week-long vacation with family and friends and would highly recommend this home to others.

We lucked out! THE perfect home.

We can not thank the Cabrera family enough for renting this perfect home to us in June. From the moment we walked in we were thrilled! The pictures do not do this property justice. The house was clean, updated, and ready to be loved! The rooms had plenty of space - we had 6 adults and 3 pack and plays for small children and we found plenty of room for all of them! The bathrooms were beautifully redone and spotless, the bedrooms were minimalistic and streamlined, and the kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and centrally located for easy entertaining! We were nervous about toddlers being able to run out the slider to the pool deck but had decided this house was still ok if everyone paid close attention BUT to our pleasant surprise, the Cabrera’s had just recently installed a safety gate to the pool, along with a loud chime on the slider that went out to the pool area. This was appreciated more than they know. It made the trip just a touch more relaxing having those extra safety measures! Last, but surely not least, you are ON THE BEACH!!! My goodness this was the BEST part. We could walk to the beach and back in a minute which was imperative with such small children and day time naps!! We stayed at this home in June. The temperature got in to the low 80’s and no air conditioner was still perfectly fine for all of us (including my pregnant sister in law!). The day we arrived it poured rain and was very hot and humid so air conditioning that first day could have been helpful but overnight it changed and became perfect. I can not speak for the super hot summer months but I can say that the ocean breeze is delightful!! Kept us very cool. Gorgeous, breathtaking, relaxing! We would LOVE to visit again! THANK YOU!!

Excellent stay

We had a great stay at Luisa and Melissa’s beach house. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had even included a few thoughtful little welcome gifts upon our arrival. There are four well-appointed bedrooms, but the deck space is where this property truly shines. Apart from being right on the actual ocean (which is fabulous), the pool, hammocks, and large sitting areas are really fantastic - especially for social distancing purposes. Our hamptons trip overlapped with friends and family staying elsewhere nearby. We were easily able to hang with them on the very large patio without any exposure concerns. Turn on the twinkle lights in the evening for an extra little magic touch. Note for anyone with small children, you can’t tell from the pictures but the pool is actually fenced (it cannot be accessed directly from the house unless an adult opens the gate). This was a huge relief as we were traveling with our 4 year old. We did not mind the lack of AC whatsoever. We went in mid June and with the ocean breeze, we were actually more often chilly than not. We had a great stay and our hosts were very gracious and responsive. Would come back for sure.
