This was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have been renting homes for vacation stays over 10 yrs and when I tell that this host was very quick with communication and she took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this house for ppl with large families it’s very roomy and the pics are very accurate.. it was a beautiful home inside and out and very well kept.. thank you again. Shelly was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I will say everything we saw in the pictures was exactly what you get. The pool and.tub were great. My grandkids enjoyed the virtual mini golf room,the theater room was very nice and I last thing was we have a 7 year old who we recently found out to be gluten intolerant and so I reached out to Shelly to see if they had a waffle maker in the house and she said yes there is and when we got to the house their was a brand new in the box just for us. Shelly was very easy to work with in fact this was the 6th house we have rented and the best one yet!!

Everything we could have wanted or needed was at this home. Great for multiple families. Extremely clean, host was very responsive. In a beautiful, quiet area in a great location to many attractions.

Amazing house with more than expected! It was so comfortable! Beds comfortable! Theatre worked and seats are great! Owner supplied a ps5 for our group which was great!!! Community pool is awesome resort! Chicken tacos were delicious. Great communication from owner!!! Will go back!!

Great House

We enjoyed this house so much. Great spaces for the kids that they had a blast playing in. Theatre room was awesome. Bedrooms for adults all had king beds. The pool was an added bonus. Host was great. We would rent again.

So much fun!

Wonderful house with lots of room for our 14 family members! We enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pool. The Toy Story room and the putt putt room were so much fun - they really went over the top decorating these!

Spectacular property that your kids will fall in love with!

This property is beautiful and clean, has everything you need! The looks on my kids faces was priceless when they walked into the Toy Story room, they didn’t want to leave. The property owner communicated the entire trip to make sure we made it okay, had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and we’d definitely come back here to stay.

Great experience all around

Before you get to the property your greeted by the owner through messaging easy instructions and all around wonderful person before I got there I felt like I was there already but upon arriving here one of thee most beautiful places I’ve stayed yet with family home is so equipped the kids forgot about going to any water park and when we did go they were so in a hurry to get back

Disney away from Disney

Perfect house for a Disney trip. Nearby but not on property. Toy story room blew my kid away and between the resort pool, house pool, putt putt, and fire pit, we stayed busy and relaxed after the parks. Owner is the MOST responsive and quick I have ever dealt with. Fully recommended.

This home looks exactly as it is presented on the website. It was exceptionally clean, owner/manager maintained consistent communication throughout the day. I would definitely book again. Amenities were great! Also, owner/manager made personal accommodations about something we previously emailed about prior to our stay. You would not be disappointed. Fabulous decor!

Family Trip

My overall experience was amazing. From the moment I booked the host was open to answering my questions and her responsiveness was timely. She was very helpful. My family was able to check in early and communicate throughout our stay with no issues. The home overall appearance was clean and organized. The home was closely located to everything we needed. My daughter 3rd birthday family trip was amazing.

Highly Recommend

We booked this house to celebrate my mom's 50th as a family and it did noy disappoint. The house is gorgeous. The kids couldn't get enough of sliding down the slide in the kids room. We all enjoyed the mini golf and interactive floor games. The property is in an ideal location. Close to several theme parks with 2 Publix near it. Shelly responds quickly and even checked in on us throughout they stay. I would book again and highly recommend!

The best home from home ever!

This place is as described and better, the photos do not do it justice. The communication from the host was the best I’ve ever experienced using this app. The house was stocked all the needed necessities.The cinema room was perfect for those days in away from the parks and even though we didn’t use the Children’s themed rooms, any that stay in the future will absolutely love them. Clearly a lot of time and expense has been invested making this property perfect for family’s!Finally the communication from start to finish with the vendors was great, combinations for the door period to arrival with plenty of time, instruction on how to access the gated community and utilise the local amenities were provided well in advance and any questions we had were answered swiftly.Great house, great community, great location, great vendors A*

This is how you run a property!

I rent a house yearly for a separate event. This time was for a family gathering. This is by far my best experience! The house was well stocked (can be an issue in some houses). Shelly is amazing with rapid responses, solutions, even foreseeing futures issues and solving before they become a problem. The most amazing/ridiculous part came when I asked if the property had a bbq grill. Her response was to purchase a grill and have it delivered prior to our arrival. 10/10

Beautiful and Clean Home!

We were a family of 18 with 9 kids 1-10. This house was PERFECT! It was spacious enough for each individual family to have privacy and quiet when the babies were sleeping. The rooms were exactly as pictured online. Additional pillows and heavier blankets were available in each bedroom. Shelly was responsive and Andy the property manager was very friendly and checked in on us. The house was VERY clean, beds were comfortable, and each bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and toiletries like a hotel. Shelly also has several portacribs, crib sheets/mattress pads, high chairs, a stroller, and bed rails available that are all in excellent condition. The putt putt room was a hit with every kid. The pool was very warm, even in the cool evenings, and we really enjoyed making s'mores on the patio. Community pool was busy on the weekend but nice during the week. We are already planning our next trip to this house!

Disappointed

The house truly needs a cleaning. The baseboards and corners of bathrooms and other rooms have never been cleaned! The carpeting is loose and rippled in all rooms and hallways and is dirty. Hardly enough bath towels, no kitchen towels provided. Does not compare to other VRBO properties that we have rented. The pillows were so soft they were non-existent! No extra blankets in our room. Heat/air was difficult to regulate. It was either hot in the house or freezing.

Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We do keep an open line of communication with guests during their time with us, which allows for phone calls and text messages. Guests who choose to use these features, are able to get their requests and/or concerns met right away. Towels and blankets are provided based on the 19 -person capacity of the home. When requests for additional items are communicated to us, we happily provide them. We are sorry that the extra blankets though in the home, were not distributed evenly in each closet. Though we typically get praises for our beds and pillows, we will now provide varying densities of pillows. We were not aware that you were having trouble operating our Resideo Smart Thermostats. The temperature in the home is completely controlled by our guests and works quite well. We gladly provide assistance to quickly resolve any user issues with the thermostats. The carpet is shampooed regularly, which can result in stretching. A prompt resolution to remedy any such areas, is under way. The cleanliness of the home is something we pay particular attention to. Which is why we are usually commended for our efforts. Every inch of this home is cleaned after every stay. However, we will be adding an extra measure of inspection to ensure we maintain the quality our guests seek and deserve.
