This two story cottage has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4-7 guests, however, can accommodate up to 8 with additional bedding available, just make sure to inquire with us before booking. Both Bedrooms on 1st floor have their OWN PRIVATE BATH. That’s right - No more sharing with others! Who wants to do that when you’re on vacation? We agree - that’s why each bedroom has its own full bathroom equipped with complimentary toiletries.

The Main Floor Main Bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in closet with on-suite. Main floor Second Bedroom has two Twin xl beds which convert to a King size depending on guest preference. This room also includes large closet and on-suite. Upstairs Third Bedroom includes a Queen bed and Twin bed with bathroom and additional closet space.

All new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, hardwood flooring throughout first floor, with carpeting upstairs.

The kitchen area opens up to an enclosed seating area with plenty of additional dining areas including a lounge area and TV viewing area. This is quite possibly our favorite room in the house and has been confirmed as a fan favorite by many of our guests.

There are a number of games and game spaces available throughout the house.

For the patio area, we offer a beautiful fire pit area with chairs as well as dining table and picnic table which allows for plenty of seating and lounging or just playing games.

The backyard area is fenced in for protection and security of your dog or little ones as well. We are dog friendly, with a max of 2 dogs. We simply ask that you clean up after your pet while you’re here. We also provide additional sheets for covering the furniture as well as dog bowls just in case!

For the boat lovers, Mentor Harbor Yacht Club is less than a mile away for boat slips and our cottage has a big driveway to allow boat parking while you’re here!

After a day of visiting Fairport Harbor Beach and stopping at Scooters Hot Dogs, come back to the house and light an amazing campfire sit around eating marshmallows and enjoy the outside dining area complete with dining table and plenty of seating!

Located near shopping, grocery stores and entertainment, just 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, Cavaliers, Indians, Monsters hockey and Browns Stadium. Minutes to Mentor Harbor Yacht Club as well as local wineries, area beaches including Headlands State park and Fairport Harbor Beaches. Just a short 35 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake.

For the SNOW LOVERS, this is a great location for accessing area ski resorts, cross country skiing and other winter activities.
