Relax at this peaceful home, just a 2-minute walk to Lake Erie, stylishly decorated, and stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay! Take advantage of the fenced-in backyard for your pup! Be sure to venture out and about to explore Cleveland! Located just a direct 25-minute drive to downtown CLE, and only a short walk to multiple lakefront parks. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, right between the lake and lots of activity!
There are 2 steps up into the home. All the rooms, except for bedrooms 2 and 3, are on the first floor. There is no basement. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed that can be transformed to a queen by raising the trundle twin. There is a fenced in backyard, perfect for your pups. Parking in the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.

đI respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
đIf the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you! If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

đ«ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES â ZERO EXCEPTIONS đ
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and youâll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
đ€« We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
đŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
đ« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
