Le 2390 Lighthouse Tennis est parfaitement situé juste à l'extérieur de Harbor Town, niché à côté du Sea Pines Centre. L'accès aux magasins, restaurants et la marina sont juste devant votre porte. Cette unité d'extrémité au premier étage offre une vue imprenable sur le lagon et est loin de la piscine pour un répit tranquille et une évasion. Beaucoup de mises à niveau dans toute cette propriété avec un nouveau plancher, une cuisine et une salle de bain mises à jour.

Lorsque vous entrez dans la villa, vous êtes accueilli avec un salon ouvert qui mène au balcon. Le canapé se déplie pour des couchages supplémentaires pour une occupation maximale à 4. Juste à côté du salon se trouve la salle à manger. Une cuisine d'office propose des plans de travail mis à jour, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour.

La salle de bain offre des améliorations comme une douche carrelée et une nouvelle vanité et un nouveau plancher. Magnifique ne le décrit pas assez bien. La chambre principale offre beaucoup d'espace et un lit king size.

A taste of Sea Pines

We were looking for a place to relax and unwind on Hilton Head Island. We were not disappointed. The condo was spacious and comfortable, well stocked with everything that we needed, and with easy access to the Island’s restaurants and beaches. It was a delight to sit out on the porch and listen to the fountain in the evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location

Idyllic location. Relaxing deck amongst the trees overlooking a pond. Beautifully decorated villa with a thoroughly outfitted kitchen. Lovely pool area in the complex. A delightful experience.

Fantastic

We have never been to Hilton Head Island before and it did not disappoint! This villa at Sea Pines was perfect. The King bed was super comfy. We had everything we needed there. We road our bikes to the beach and to Harbour Town. Great Place, Great Villa and Great Vacation!!

Nice Place for Two!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was decorated so beachy and really nice. We enjoyed our stay and the pool daily. Wish we had been a little closer to Harbor Town for walking purposes with our fur baby.Only recommendation would be to replace the rugs before someone falls. The rugs were either sliding as you walked on them or the corners were rolling up.

Beautiful Lagoon Villa in Sea Pines

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a fantastic month in this one bedroom, one bath villa. We loved the location on Sea Pines. Easy bike ride to the beach, walking distance to Harbour Town, and right next to many shops & restaurants. The patio was heavenly sitting right on a beautiful lagoon & under the canopy of a huge, live oak. The villa was very clean & comfortable. It was perfectly outfitted. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven!

Good place if you don’t play tennis.

Pretty nice. A little disappointed not getting to play on tennis courts when we wanted to account Harbor Town tennis academy had two practices a day which we had to relinquish play because of verbal agreement that was not mentioned when we booked this condo.

Location was very nice. The staff was excellent. The only thing was the shower was a little tired. Needs new drain and new title grout. Overall had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

Great Location

Beautiful large 1 bedroom condo, with amazing closet and storage. Close to Harbour Town with tennis courts right next door. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The amenities inside the condo were very nice. Great appliances, dishes and cooking utensils and pans. Very pleased with the comfort of the king bed, and the bathroom walk in shower was great. Also very happy with the cleanliness of the villa and the grounds. Three issues to point out:1. The closet door at the entrance to the condo was only half operational. The right hand hi-fold door was in disrepair and was inoperable. 2. The outside deck on the unit was rendered useless after each rain shower. The debris from the deck above came thru that deck’s floorboards and covered the table, chairs and floor of our deck with wet tree debris. I got tired of continually sweeping and cleaning off the deck furniture. Being one who enjoys sitting outside in the evening, this was an unacceptable condition. I did notice that most other units had a gutter system that would alleviate this problem. 3. The restrooms at the pool had no working lights in them. Several other tenants claimed they reported this issue but it was never fixed.

Great place but noisy neighbors.

Comfortable little condo for the two of us with easy access to the network of bike trails. The ceiling above us was thin enough to hear every step of the 24 hour barn dance occurring upstairs. No warning of the RV exclusion until after initial deposit and we were sent the rental agreement. Difficult unloading and storage of our RV.

We enjoyed our stay

The villa is clean and well maintained. It is in a nice location close to Harbour Town. We appreciated that it is dog friendly and wallked her from the villa to Harbour Town each day. It was a really nice stay.
