I would of liked the pool a bit cleaner next time but still got in and I LOVED the hotel every thing was amazing the place was spotless I loved all the space me and my husband didn’t want to leave but am definitely coming back again soon I gave it 5 stars

Stayed with husband and 4 adult kids. Location was great. Property is great for the price. Needs a little updating as it's showing wear and tear, but nothing that would keep me from staying and the price should be higher if it was updated. Kitchen was fully stocked and I made all our meals there. We enjoyed the private pool as well as the community pool and mini golf. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Communication was timely. Check in and out was easy. Can't recommend the place enough!

Very nice property. Cleaning crew needs to be more intentional and clean every thing. For example, the shoer rod has brown and black grime on them. Just because things look clean doesn't mean it is. The carpet could definitely use upgrade or condider hardwood throughout. The linen and towels are worn and needs replacement. Towels were still damp when we arrived. Conveniently located to all attractions including NASA, DISNEY, DISNEY SPRINGS, UNIVERSAL FLORIDA. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We found it more fulfilling than staying at a resort or hotel.

Host at first was attentive, on our 3rd day we had NO water. I informed the host right away. We went on with our plans to go to the beach. We returned to the rental and we still had NO water. Again I informed the host 24 hours later I'm yet to here from him. It was 4 adults and to small children and we had to go shower and use the restroom at the truck stop!! As many times I've used VRBO by far this has been the worst!!!!! Never ever renting again!!!

Parking was easy and convenient-just steps from the door. The space was spotless and well taken care of. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The washer/dryer came in particularly handy after we were caught in an afternoon downpour. The neighborhood is very quiet and most conveniences are nearby. I highly recommend the property!

The reservation was for 6 adults. There was only 4 towels. The iron did not work, the bath in the master was clogged and took 30 plus minutes to drain the tub. They asked that you don’t wear shoes on the carpet (we don’t at home) the carpet on the stain nose is all worn off and the carpet are very dirt. The unit could definitely use some up keep. The pool had clear water but lots of dirt/sand in the bottom. With a deep cleaning and some updates it could be a 5 start unit.

Everything was great. Nice home. Quiet and peaceful complex. Only issue was our check in was delayed and was not told until last minute. Also had to go out to buy more tissue as well We were only given a roll for each bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay!!

Overall house was ok but definitely needs some updates. The shower drain in the master upstairs was very slow and ultimately ended up taking a whole day to drain so we used the other bathrooms. The furniture was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The streaming devices to the TVs were not all hooked up and did not have the proper wiring to hook them up also the TVs did not have functioning remotes. Only 2 out of 6 TVs were usable with streaming devices. The carpets also need a deep cleaning as they are old/worn out and seem to have hair embedded in them. Prior to check in owner was very responsive but once I messaged about the TVs I got no response I also reached out about the tub drain and there was no response. One final thing important to note that it is advertised as being 10 mins from Disney but this is not accurate it is more like 30 on average and sometimes more given the traffic in the area.

Wow, it’s huge and super spacious! The pool was a bit chilly, but still pretty awesome. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms too. Now, the cleanliness could use a little TLC—the rug to the stairs was a bit dirty and the railing was sticky. The walls weren’t the cleanest either, but a little paint and a good vacuum should sort all of that out. The 3 remotes didn’t work because the batteries were dead, and the mattress downstairs wasn’t the coziest.But hey, overall, these are just minor things. I’d definitely stay again! The price is great for the location and amenities including.

Terrific Property and Value

This townhouse is awesome! There was plenty of space for our party of six adults (plus a little one) to spread out and enjoy the home while being a reasonable distance from Disney and the airport. I didn't see the high chair and pack-n-play anywhere in the description so they were much appreciated surprises. Every rental has little things that things that aren't perfect but this home is well maintained and a great value for a family vacation!

We stayed here with children, and this was the worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. The pool safety fence was broken, creating a serious safety concern for families. The large sliding glass doors would not lock, and when we reported it, we were told the area was safe. That is not an acceptable substitute for functioning door locks. This door goes to the pool and we couldn’t lock it. The home also had broken patio furniture, broken dining and living room chairs, damaged walls, and other maintenance issues. The A/C stopped cooling while the outside temperature was over 100F. We reported that the ac wasn’t working, and after we reported it, the thermostat was locked, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Our door access code was then disabled, leaving us locked out around 1:00 a.m., and our Wi-Fi access was also disabled. No family should have to worry about being locked out of their rental or losing air conditioning in the middle of a Florida summer. This property has significant safety, maintenance, and guest service issues that should be addressed before anyone else stays here.

Hi! We just checked out and wanted to thank you for hosting us. We did want to provide some feedback about the condition of the house during our stay.Unfortunately, the home was in fair to poor condition in several areas. The couch in the main living room had broken legs, so we really couldn’t use the living room seating comfortably. Out of the 5 TVs in the house, only the living room TV worked properly with Roku — the others either had dead batteries in the remotes or missing cords.We also noticed the twin bed headboards were loose and unstable, and the shower connected to the king bedroom had a clogged drain that took hours to fully drain after use.We wanted to make you aware so these issues can hopefully be addressed for future guests. Thank you again, and we appreciate your time.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice stay at Ricardo's property. The neighborhood is much quieter than nearby Champions Gate that we have stayed out. Ricardo was very easy to contact. The rental was cleaner than other VRBO rentals we have stayed out. The beds were too firm for my liking but that is a personal preference.
