We had a great stay in this home. Just to add to the listing - There are pillows and comforters. All that needs to be supplied are pillow cases and SHEETS. Towels for showering and pool are needed. There was toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware. There are a LOT of stairs so keep that in mind when planning. 1st floor has bedroom and bathroom. Second floor living, kitchen, deck, 1/2 bath, third has master with bathroom, two extra bedrooms and a full bath. The closet door in the one bedroom kept coming off the track and we had to fix it. There were a few flies when we got here but they have a fly swatter handy. There was someone’s bathing suit bottoms hanging on the master bath door handle which was kind of weird. The dishwasher smelled horrible, so we just kept it shut and left everything in there that was there when we arrived. The trash needs to be taken out Sunday by whoever is renting. And the trash can was so full the lid wouldn’t close. Recycling only goes out every other week, which a neighbor let us know about since both trash and recycling we put out. It smelled clean when we first got in. Lots of closet space. There are some Books and board games and a wii system with some games, and a smart tv (Netflix and cable). Wifi throughout the house. Coffee pot, toaster, microwave. There is a grill to use. You get a key fob for the pool and two house keys, but only one of our house keys worked. Make sure you contact the realtor before arrival so you know where to go to get the keys since the lady that usually handles the keys wasn’t in the office. The coffee pot doesn’t fit into the coffee maker so you have to use a spoon to push the dripper up so the coffee comes out into the pot. We did a little mcgeiver and got it to brew without standing there holding the dripper on the machine so it ended up working okay. There was a GIANT hairball my mother in law pulled from the master bathroom when she was trying to collect her hair after she showered. Besides that, it was a good stay. The kids all had their own space and we all fit comfortable without being on top of each other. The pool was a great added bonus and everyone was very friendly. While we enjoyed the house, I’m not sure we would come back to Delaware - at least not this time of year. We had to get up at 6am to drive to the beach in order to get a good spot set up and find parking.
