Entrez dans votre propriété via une serrure électronique et oubliez les tracas liés au transport des clés! Votre nouvelle maison loin de chez vous peut sembler pittoresque de l'extérieur, mais entrer à l'intérieur vous surprendra. Les hauts plafonds rendent cette escapade confortable, grande et aérée. L'espace de vie comprend un canapé, une télévision à écran plat dans une grande armoire et des œuvres d'art dynamiques. À côté, vous trouverez l'espace repas parfait pour un repas maison. Les étagères sont remplies de livres à gogo! Prenez une lecture et dirigez-vous vers le patio couvert de grands arbres et de lierre - Une scène de lecture sereine.

La cuisine est située à l'arrière de la maison et offre toutes les commodités modernes que l'on pourrait souhaiter. Les armoires sont stockées avec tous les éléments essentiels de la batterie de cuisine pour préparer vos repas préférés. Au bout du chemin, vous trouverez une épicerie locale pour prendre vos épices et plus encore! À quelques pas de là, vous trouverez la salle de bain unique et spacieuse dotée d'une douche et d'une baignoire / combinaison. En montant à l'étage vers le grenier, le lit king size attend et est ouvert au reste de la maison ci-dessous.

Dirigez-vous vers l'ouest et dînez dans certains des meilleurs restaurants de la ville, comme 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig et Hitch. En direction du nord en direction de River Street, les clients peuvent faire leurs achats jusqu'à ce qu'ils tombent dans divers détaillants locaux, comme The Paris Market & Brocante, 24e, et shopSCAD pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Les clients sont à environ 15-20 minutes à pied de la rivière, 10-15 au marché de la ville et à 8 minutes à pied du parc Forsyth.

The property was just the right size for my husband and I and our dogs. The street parking was great. Make sure you read the signs as they do street cleaning and if you are parked on that side of the street, you will get a ticket.The location was great; we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was within a mile of everything. The bed was comfortable. The showers were nice. Neighbors were friendly too.

We enjoyed the place, though it has many quirks and required adjustments. Only two matter: 1. I'm less than 6' tall, but the bedroom ceiling makes it impossible to stand up straight next to the bed on one side. I hit my head several times on the ceiling, getting in an out of bed.2. The stairs to the bedroom are slightly steeper and narrower than average, and they are painted dark brown. I mistook the last step before the landing for the landing itself, in the middle of the night, and fell. Fortunately, I'm in good shape and caught myself.

Walkable to everything

Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This rental is in Savannah’s historic district with beautiful scenery and easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife. Also very close to the riverfront. So much to do and see in a smaller radius, which was great if you like to walk.

Great Couples Getaway Spot

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend! It was a perfect, quiet little neighborhood. The house is adorable! Close enough to walk if you wanted or a really quick drive to restaurants, shops, nightlife, & history tours! We will definitely be back.

Awesome in Savannah

Everything was as advertised. Great location, we could walk to all attractions and a lot of restaurants. Easy parking. Good communication with host. Cottage is lovely and well maintained. Overall great stay in the historic district and beautiful Savannah.

New Years Getaway

This is an exceptionally clean cozy home located close to food and entertainment. The home has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. The proterty managers were very responsive. The home also has a wonderful collection of books. We definitely recommend this lovely property!

Loved it!

Definitely be back soon! Quaint little cottage with plenty of room. We walked everywhere and it was an easy twenty minute walk to River Street downtown. Property is as listed.

Anniversary trip

The cottage was adorable and we loved the location. I accidentally dropped the coffee carafe in the sink while cleaning it after breakfast and they had a brand new coffee maker at the cottage early that evening. They were very kind about the accident!!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!!

Started out bumpy…

The overall stay was decent and the place met our needs. The only issue we had was when we arrived. There was a strong smell of natural gas in the residence. After a few minutes, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was turned on. After turning it off, we immediately opened front and back doors and a window as well as the vent fan to air the place out. We ended up leaving for a couple hours with the fan on and a window open. The smell was improved by the time we got back, but had not completely dissipated. The neighbor across the street thought it had been a couple days since someone had stayed there, but wasn’t positive. I contacted the management company and was simply told that the cleaning person must have left the stove on and they were sorry. That was the extent of their response. I’m not exactly sure what else I was expecting, but it seemed somewhat dismissive for what could’ve been a major issue. Savanna otherwise was fabulous!
