Like a breath of fresh air, this home is bright, and cheerful. You will feel at home from the moment you walk in to this charming Columbus home. The open kitchen/dinning/living room provide the perfect space for sharing a meal, or spending time together. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms provide a peaceful nights sleep. In the heart of the Old Oaks neighborhood, we are just a few minutes to Children's Hospital, 10 min to downtown or the Airport, and 15 min to OSU.



The Space:

Our house has had a beautiful renovation, and has been custom designed to be a perfect place to stay for your trip in Columbus. Downstairs has a beautiful kitchen with dinning space, and open to the living room. Just of the kitchen is the laundry and half bathroom. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The spacious master suite has an en-suite bathroom, and loveseat. There is also a bedroom with a full, and a bedroom with a twin bed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. All parts of the property are available except for the basement.



The Neighborhood:

Old Oaks is a charming neighborhood just south east of Downtown Columbus. Close to Children's Hospital. Along with Panera Bread, and The Crest, and Parsons Brewing, there are lots of great restaurants and shops coming in to this area. We are very close to the freeway, and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Columbus.



Getting Around:

We are just a few minutes from the I/70 W Freeway, and less than 10 minutes from downtown Columbus. Uber and Lyft are great in our location, and also there is a COTA bus stop nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
