The rooms are distributed in two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the other one with one single bed. All of them have a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.



The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and a wide range of kitchenware.



The livingroom has two comfortable sofas and a satellite flat-screen TV.



The Villa for rent in Menorca has two bathrooms, one has a bath and the other one has a shower tray. Both bathrooms are totally equipped and also both provided with a hair dryer.



At the front of the Villa rental, it is located a large Menorcan style terrace and a landscaped area, it has a large marble table for up to eight guests and another table with comfortable chairs where you can relax watching the children playing in this wide terrace.



At the rear side it has the pool, a great barbecue and a lovely chill-out corner, which is ideal to enjoy a drink in those summer warm nights under the starlight . The area also offers totally privacy, it has sunbeds, a table with chairs and an outdoor shower.



Villa Albe also has a washing machine, air conditioning in the living-room, Wi-Fi, radio and CD player, DVD, iron and ironing board and a clothing line area.



All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.
