The house is surrounded by fields leading down to the sea and small beach bar.

The villa features covered terraces all the way round the house and chill out area with a beautiful pool, as well as a poolside bar, all with breath-taking sea views.

Tranquil completely private location. Walking access to two beaches, Pou Des Lleo and Cala Boix. 2 beach bars and 4 restaurants but still very private and quiet.

Perfect location for quiet Ibiza

Lovely pool, fantastic outside space, great location, lovely view. We loved exploring different beaches - so many great spots nearby for swimming and snorkelling. The local beach bar is pretty perfect for an end of day mojito. The house is off grid so be prepared for limitations relating to solar power. Kitchen needs an upgrade, otherwise highly recommended.

We had a most enjoyable and relaxing week in this lovely villa. Very peaceful with wonderful views of the sea and within a short walking distance to the beach bar and two lovely restaurants. Perfect! Chloe was very helpful and answered all queries promptly. We hope to return sometime and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Amazing location

We had another really great stay at Ibiza. The house at Pou de Lleo is located at a very beautiful location, away from the areas of intensive tourism. We love the largeness of the house and the great few over the sea. The pool is great and two terraces and a barhouse offer plenty of space for living outside. The location offers a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beachbars and to a fish restaurant with the most beautiful view over the sea. We stayed at the house for the third time and will come back for sure.

This house could not disappoint its so very special

Utterly beautiful, the location and house, a very special find and we all can't wait to return. Having the job to find somewhere 4 teens are going to enjoy and that we also could relax, is not easy, this house delivered on every level. The pictures don't lie it really is that beautiful, so many little spaces to accommodate everyone all day, for us the pool and table tennis were great for bringing some family time and the pool was warm! Absolutely everything you need is in the house, we are 6 so eating out isn't an option every night, this house was perfect for family dinners, evenings playing games, you never felt hemmed in so many beautiful little areas to have some time or come together. this house is so beautifully decorated. We loved the location, we don't enjoy being around hotels and all that brings but if you do so easy to drive to a beach with extras but here you can find a quiet corner for snorkelling, laying and taking in the views. I honestly could go on and on, Chloe is not new to renting and has got this perfect, the garden and pool are seen to weekly, communication 10/10, Chloe thank you for renting your incredible home we feel very lucky to have and stayed here and all 6 of us are very much looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing villa, great location

My family and I (6 adults, 4 children) stayed at the villa as we were in Ibiza for a family wedding. The space worked really well for us. The listing looked great but we were still surprised when we arrived as it appeared bigger and you could really take in the amazing view in person! The eco friendly qualities of the villa are a nice touch, we had no issues. It has a friendly feeling in it, homely but also a really luxurious to be there with such great facilities. The fans kept us cool at night. Within short walking distance you have beach bars, restaurants, swimming and snorkelling spots! There were good and clear recommendations and directions from the host. North Ibiza is beautiful and lots of great places a short drive away. Nearest small shop 5 min drive but plenty of bigger ones to go to aswell that aren’t far. Large supermarket 20 minutes if you needed something specific. Felt like a safe area to be staying and had everything we needed!

Wunderschöne erholsame Ferien!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht und würden immer wieder kommen! Die Lage ist bezaubernd und wir haben uns selten so gut erholt, wie dort! Chloe ( die Besitzerin) hat ein umfangreiches Buch, für alle Gäste hinterlassen. Dort kann man nachlesen , wo sich der nächste Supermarkt befindet und wo man gut essen gehen kann! Chloe war immer für uns erreichbar und sie hat sich sogar erkundigt, wie es uns geht! Der einzig‘ kleine Nachteil ist, das nicht alle Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage besitzen. Chloe hat auch Filme gesendet, um das Haus gut zu finden oder den Weg zum nächsten schönen Strand zu beschreiben! Sie war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!wieder

Schönes Haus am Meer

Glücklicherweise konnten wir am Anreisetag schon am Vormittag einziehen und am Abreisetag bis zum späten Nachmittag im Haus bleiben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und herzlich. Das Haus passte für uns 8 (2 Kinder/6 Erwachsene) perfekt, die Außenanlagen waren wunderschön mit dem Pool, verschiedenen Sitzecken, Tischtennisplatte und Bar. Der hintere Bereich neben der Küchentüre hätte etwas ordentlicher sein können, er wirkte wie ein Abstellplatz für ausrangierte Möbel. Im Haus waren einige Stellen nicht so sauber und auch das Geschirr/Besteck musste vor Gebrauch gespült werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig, fußläufig war das Meer in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, allerdings findet man keinen klassischen Sandstrand vor. In der kleinen Bucht lagen viele Boote, so dass wir uns zum Baden lieber eine schöne Stelle an der felsigen Küste, die sich an die Bucht anschließt, gesucht (Badeschuhe empfohlen) oder Sandstrände mit dem Auto angefahren haben. Alles in allem haben wir hier 9 sehr schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht.

Maison vétuste, la chaleur est insupportable. Les équipements sont très insuffisants pour une maison de ce prix. L'ensemble des meubles sont abimés, voir inutilisables.

Buenos Dias La verdad es que tuvimos una experiencia muy mala, al llegar vimos la casa muy sucia en general , la cocina lo peor … La Picina está muy sucia con animales viviendo en el agua , ( tengo Video ) al llamar a la propietaria nos dijo que era de la crema solar de la última gente y que era una Picina de sal y era normal , una vez vino el picinero nos dijo que faltaba cloró que era de agua dulce y que la bomba sólo funcionaba 2 horas … total , que durante tres días no pudimos utilizarla, bueno los niños si pero acabaron todos con otitis . La verdad…. es una lástima tener una casa tan bonita y tan mala cuidada . Una vez nos fuimos nos cobraron 360€ de gasto de gasoil porque según la dueña gástenos mucha electricidad . Al reclamar y ponernos duros y reclamar la factura del gasoil etc nos devolvieron todo menos 17€ que se dejó al hacer la trasferencia … total una trilera de señora . Llevo más de siete años alquilando casas en Ibiza y nunca encontré una tan mala cuidada . No repetiré nunca más en esta vivienda .

Très jolie maison

La maison est très belle, et l’endroit magnifique, pour qui aime le silence et la tranquillité est parfaite. La maison aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, ainsi que les équipements extérieurs tels que coussins, transats. Mais l'espace extérieur est très agréable et la piscine magnifique. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de climatisation (et à Ibiza fais très chaud), il faut se contenter de ventilateurs. Cependant nous avons passé une belle semaine avec nos grands enfants et leur amis, et nous reviendrons peut-être l’année prochaine!

UNA CASA AFFASCINANTE NELLA VERA IBIZA

Abbiamo scelto Villa Marina perché ci ha trasmesso subito, guardando le foto, una sensazione di casa, di una casa con un'anima. E le foto, fedelissime, ci hanno dato ragione. Abbiamo trovato ciò che ci aspettavamo: non una villa tutta perfetta, che ti incute il timore di sporcarla o di rovinarla, ma una casa vissuta, come quella di Chloe e della sua famiglia, dove abbiamo condiviso le loro abitudini, i loro mobili, i loro momenti famigliari e penso che l'abbiamo vissuta esattamente come loro. La casa è stupenda, un po' usurata, sicuramente necessita di un po' di manutenzione, ma è così vera che ci ha aiutato ad ambientarci nella vera Ibiza, in una zona naturale, quasi selvaggia, così autentica, e lo abbiamo scoperto andando a visitare quasi tutte le cale da Santa Eularia a Portinatx. La vera Ibiza è qui. E noi, che eravamo in vacanza di famiglia con tre generazioni, noi, i figli e la nostra nipotina, ci siamo trovati alla grande. Consigliatissimi anche i ristoranti della zona.

Secret Ibiza

Tucked away from the madness, on the north east of the island, Chloe's villa is in the most idyllic location a short walk from a tiny, unspoilt fishing cove that looks the same now as it must have done 50 years ago. Eye-poppingly beautiful views of forests and hills, that red Ibizan earth and the glorious Med abound from every vantage point of the spacious villa's 360 terrace. It's a wonderful spot and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Chloe.

Worst Villa Experience - Contaminated Water

Upon arrival we were shown around briefly and told to refer to the manual. We were told at this time that the filter tap in the kitchen was safe drinking water and it was advisable to use it instead of bottled water. As this house was not on the water mains all the water came from a tank that was filled by a delivery truck. This tank supplied the water for everything in the house including the showers/ pool/ kitchen tap/kitchen utilities and the drinking water. From day 1 the water supply had a faint smell but we put it down to the eco element of the house. As every day passed it got significantly worse. It was only when one of our guests and I started to feel sick/vomiting that we started to investigate a little further. My Husband located this water tank and pulled back the cover to find a very decomposed snake in our water. This snake had obviously been there a long time and had definitely been there well before we arrived. My deepest concern when we found the snake, was our health, in particular the health of my 7-month-old baby and my best friend’s unborn baby (she is 16 weeks pregnant). On top of this, the swimming pool was very green but put this down to the eco nature of the villa as it is referred to as a salt pool. We were later visited by a gentleman who maintains the pool and we discovered there is in fact chlorine in the pool and it was absolutely not meant to be this colour, he also said that this pool filter was designed for four people, although the Villa fits 10. The villa was extremely dirty, we found open condoms in the beside-draw alongside dirty knickers and a single sock, the curtains had water stains along the bottom, kitchen plates were stored away with food still on them and the fans for the bedrooms were thick with dust and grease. When the owner advised us of the refund, I naively presumed she meant the full stay. Given the fact we had been consuming decomposing snake the whole time, this felt only reasonable. Instead of the above we were only refunded for the days we did not stay and were even charged for the day we checked out even though we left in the afternoon. In addition I had to book a last minute villa for the remainder of the stay that was too small for our group and left me out of pocket. We are not normally people who write negative reviews, and this could have been avoided had this been resolved fairly, but this by far was the worst experience we have had on any holiday.

Traumlage abseits des Massentourismus

Großes Haus mit großen Terrassen und schönem Pool. Direkt an perfekter Bucht zum Schnorcheln. Tolle Beachbar und hervorragendes Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Sohn liebte besonders das Klavier im Haus und den Pool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

SOGGIORNO A SANT'EULALIA

Location incantevole per chi cerca la tranquillità e relax, la casa è molto accogliente e il divertimento per la famiglia è assicurato(piscina e ping pong), nella posizione in cui si trova offre belle spiagge e ottimi ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi, peccato per la pulizia della casa, un po' scarsa,comunque nel complesso però abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

We spent a week staying at this fantastic villa. We loved the location - quiet and picturesque with stunning views. Within walking distance of 2 brilliant restaurants serving delicious authentic food; a great beach bar; and a beautiful little beach. Just a short drive to lots of other great beaches. Villa comfortably slept 8 with plenty of space for everyone. Great sized pool and lovely outdoor terrace area where you can all eat together. Would definitely consider the villa for a future holiday.

Casa Marina has been our family home since 2006. We are so lucky to have found such a beautiful spot. My husband works in the music business and I am a special needs teacher and mum of 2 boys. We love Ibiza and have made it our home. We currently spend quite a lot time in the UK as our kids are at secondary school there. We rent our house out in the summer months so we can travel to Thailand where I grew up.
