This Loft unit has private and secure access, elevator service, and all the amenities of home including a private gym/fitness room! For a night out on the town, or a relaxing evening on the deck this loft offers a unique stay for any visitor to the Derby City.

Excellent Location

We had 3 couples and there was ample space for all of us to enjoy and maintain privacy. The place was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and modern. The location was great as we were attending the Kentucky Derby. The host was accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic location and perfect setup for a couples/friends group! Lots of space to relax and unwind without feeling on top of each other. Well appointed!

Awesome place to stay for the Bourbon Trail

We came with a group of 9 adults to do the Bourbon Trail. The house is awesome and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This loft is better than described. It's well appointed and well stocked. It's clean, and well decorated. The separate living areas are perfect for a group. Eric was delightful!

Our family loved this place! We had no problems on our stay and were within a couple of blocks of everything we wanted to do on the Urban Bourbon trail.

Great Place Downtown

This place was great for a group event, as we did some activities both in the downtown area and outside of the city. We were able to select from a variety of restaurants and bars without going for more than a short walk from our location. The place was clean, inviting and great views from the back deck!

Great stay

Location and cleanliness made this a perfect stay for our group. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that's the only thing I could think of that could be improved. Overall a perfect place to stay for our needs.

Bourbon Trail

The condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The roof top patio was perfect to gather at the end of our days. Location was great to walk to restaurants. Would gladly stay there again.

Excellent location

Came for a bachelor party to see some of the bourbon trail, and this listing made for a great home base. Max 20 min walk to all the Louisville distilleries, and close to the highways for easy travel to out of town stuff. Realtively quiet neighborhood for our weekend, but close enough to nightlife to be a good thing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Louisville Vacay

The home is just as listed—beautiful remodel of historic building, spacious, clean and very well appointed! Location was ideal for walking downtown Louisville and close in proximity to several desirable distilleries and eateries! There were seven of us in the group and all persons agree, that we couldn’t have found better accommodations!

Eric was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The property was accurately listed and worked out perfectly. Our group had a blast in Louisville - and we even left a little bourbon for the rest of the town.

Great Spot!

Booked this location for a bachelor party and cannot say how much we all liked it. One of the best places we all have stayed. We spent a lot of time on the private rooftop and enjoyed cooking out the first night we were there. It is also right in the mix for anywhere you want to walk or scooter to. Parking is also a breeze. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. This is a great spot and you and your guests will love it!

Great Stay for Bourbon Trail

This property was fantastic! We were with our 3 adult children and spouses to celebrate a long weekend drinking some good Bourbon. The suites take up the 4th and 5th floors with 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and 4/5 share a bathroom. There are 3 common areas a huge kitchen table and bar stools. The outside deck is private and excellent. The pro[rrty. Anger Eric was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The location is great as we walked everywhere (Except to NuLu). We ate at Crows, Merles, Mussel and Birger Bar, Guacamole and Proof on Main. All great spots. Highly recommend staying at this property.
