Il s'agit d'un beau 3 BR / 2 spacieux. Maison de 5 salles de bain en bord de mer (2 600 pieds carrés) avec une terrasse de piscine entièrement grillagée abritant une piscine privée et un bain à remous (il y a des frais de chauffage) et accepte les animaux.

Le deuxième étage offre un coin cuisine; espace familial, coin repas; salle à manger côté golfe; salle d'eau et buanderie. Il y a des plafonds de dix pieds et des persiennes de fenêtre conçues sur mesure dans le quartier familial, tandis qu'un porche filtré meublé offre un accès à la plage aux sables de poudre blanche pour lesquels le golfe du Mexique est célèbre.

Le troisième étage offre trois chambres spacieuses, dont deux donnent accès à un grand porche en front de mer avec une vue incroyable sur la plage et le golfe. Une chambre a un lit king size, une avec un lit queen size et la troisième est une reine sur un lit superposé king. La zone familiale au deuxième étage offre également un canapé-lit queen-size et un lit jumeau.

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Coastal Joe vacation

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

Gulf Coast Get Away

Enjoyed the location and privacy, was disappointed that the pool did not function as expected. Would visit again in the future, but not request pool be heated, was too cold to enjoy or use.

Really was paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised and nice and clean. Coastal Joe was easy to work with and very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels available. There was a minor problem with the pool not being heated for a couple of days, but that was corrected! We enjoyed all the places to sit and enjoy the weather and a cocktail.

Would go back again!!

The home was wonderful, so nice to be steps away from the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms updated. Very nice screened in porch and lower deck to enjoy coffee and meals. The one thing that others noted in reviews held true. It was the pool. It needed a very good cleaning/lots of sand and debris in pool which did not make it inviting. I have a pool myself and am a bit OCD about pools. I paid 300$ extra to have pool heated to what was to be about 90 degrees told to me by Coastal Joes. I dont think it ever got there! It was cold. Also what looks like a spa is not really a spa anymore. But others said that also , guess I should have listened. We did not get use of the pool and I lost 300$. I should have learned by previous reviews. However, Coastal Joe was response when I texted that the back door was broken, they had someone come on Sunday to fix it. All in all, I would def go back for the house itself, location on the beach and privacy, but dont count on the pool.

House was great

We stayed here for the first week of October. The house itself was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, a 6 year old, a 2 year old, and an older large dog). I have no complaints. The beds were very comfortable (I did find a can of bedbug spray under a sink which scared me, but we didn’t have any problems). There was a bunk bed, but I would not recommend for younger children (my 6 year old was afraid to sleep up there). There are a lot of stairs, so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was awesome, loved that it was screened in. You have your own boardwalk. We loved the remoteness of the property, we rarely saw anyone else on the beach! We saw sharks and dolphins, and found bear tracks in the dunes outside the house. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, but that has nothing to do with the house itself. The water was VERY dark and murky along this stretch of beach — like you cannot see to the bottom even where shallow — and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it (we saw other people in it though). The house is really close to a deep creek that flows into the ocean, and we saw several sharks feeding there, so I would not get in this water. It wasn’t a huge issue, because the state park’s blue clear water is a quick drive, but loading 2 sandy kids in a car was a pain for us so we would probably try to stay closer to the park next time.

Nightmare With Bats!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the first night of our stay at Paradise Palms, we encountered 6 bats inside the home in 4 days. We notified Coastal Joe, who sent out Coastal Wildlife instead of moving us to another property immediately. Coastal Wildlife found a main point of entry from the outside to the inside of the home, which we sealed off from the inside. We then encountered more bats afterward. We called the emergency/after-hours number 6 times that evening, and our calls were never answered, and our message was never returned. We received a text the next morning (too late for us) which stated that they didn't know what had happened with the phone and the calls (it is stated in their literature that cell phones may not work there, but ours worked fine the entire time). Instead of answering the text, we presented at Coastal Joe's office in person to request to be moved to another property. We felt that their attitude was indifferent once we described our entire experience. We were then moved to another larger property, Attitude Adjustment, which is a beautiful property. We only stayed there two more nights. However, our vacation had been ruined by 4 nights of terror with these bats. Every night, we were forced to seal ourselves in our bedroom with towels under the door. Our two girls were too afraid to sleep at night, and we had to share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (which we were lucky to have had), so that no one had to leave their room. We requested a credit for the 4 nights that were ruined but were told that the funds had to be shared between Paradise Palms and the new property, Attitude Adjustment. No concessions were offered, other than our move, to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Please do not rent this property until this issue has been fully resolved, so that no one else has their vacation ruined as we did. We paid too much money for this property to have had the experience that we did, and we should've been offered a full refund for PP.

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great and very restful time at Paradise Palms. Our family truly enjoyed the peace and privacy this property offers. Overall, very well taken care of. Very comfortable beds, ample supply of towels and linens, well-stocked kitchen. The decks and comfortable outdoor furniture were one of our favorite things as we spent lots of time outside chatting, watching dolphins, and taking in sunsets in comfort! Great supply of family games and books if you forgot to bring your favorites. We loved that we were able to have a bonfire on the beach, and there were even two palms perfectly spaced to hang our hammock from. The pool was great, however even being heated it wasn't particularly warm enough for our liking. The management company was very attentive and did try to remedy the pool heat issue several times, but I would just skip paying for the heat next time.

The Brown family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with our beach rental. We loved the location and everything was clean and sufficient for our week long stay. The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning. The way the thermostat was set and locked didn’t allow for the bedrooms especially to be as cool as they should have been for comfort. I realize during daytime hours we were all running in and out a lot interfering with the air conditioners ability to keep the rooms as cool as we would have liked, but the biggest complaint was the bedrooms not being cool enough at night. With that being said, otherwise everything was near perfect. Would definitely consider renting that same house again.

Family beach trip 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I would like to say I have stayed here 4 times before without any problems (at 2600.00 a week same time of year). We have enjoyed the house and the private beach. This time it was way different than the past...pool lights did not work inside pool or outside of pool in which was a safety hazard for my children..hot tub never worked...propane can in gas grill was a fire hazard and i had to replace it in order to grill..I called for the first 3 days of my stay to get lights fixed and hot tub working...I finally got someone early the 4th morning to repair lights around pool so we could see at night but still not repaired pool lights and hot tub not working...I paid 4000.00 for the week for this house and it wasnt worth what I paid and the items that where supposed to be working never were and I was told if I wanted the hot tub to be heated that I had to pay 200.00 4000.00 it should be included with a waitress there on hand to serve me drinks...I will come back to this area next year cause me and my family enjoy this area but unless something major changes and get some kind of credit for poor management..We wont be staying here again...
