Il s'agit d'un beau 3 BR / 2 spacieux. Maison de 5 salles de bain en bord de mer (2 600 pieds carrés) avec une terrasse de piscine entièrement grillagée abritant une piscine privée et un bain à remous (il y a des frais de chauffage) et accepte les animaux.

Le deuxième étage offre un coin cuisine; espace familial, coin repas; salle à manger côté golfe; salle d'eau et buanderie. Il y a des plafonds de dix pieds et des persiennes de fenêtre conçues sur mesure dans le quartier familial, tandis qu'un porche filtré meublé offre un accès à la plage aux sables de poudre blanche pour lesquels le golfe du Mexique est célèbre.

Le troisième étage offre trois chambres spacieuses, dont deux donnent accès à un grand porche en front de mer avec une vue incroyable sur la plage et le golfe. Une chambre a un lit king size, une avec un lit queen size et la troisième est une reine sur un lit superposé king. La zone familiale au deuxième étage offre également un canapé-lit queen-size et un lit jumeau.

We really enjoyed our time here! Gorgeous views! Our dogs loved being able to experience the beach. The house is so open, bright and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of shells. Really great property to get away from the crowd and enjoy the beach. Thanks!

We had a wonderful week. The house was beautiful, the location was awesome and the pool was amazing especially after a day at the beach. Beds were comfy and furnishings were very nice. Sitting on the decks overlooking the ocean was so relaxing.

You walk out the back door and it’s like you have your own private beach. We got to see the jets fly over multiple times and even rode horses on the beach. Both of these things were on my bucket list! The home was clean and had plenty of space! We will definitely be back!

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

Could have been perfect.

Great location, house and pool however the house was not clean, one bed wasn’t made, broken chair on porch and mouse in the pantry.

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Perfect Locatiom

The location of this property is by far the best we’ve experienced along the Florida panhandle. The home is beautiful. The private pool needs a little work, but we still used it and we would definitely stay again!

James, I'm glad you enjoy the home and had a great time! Paradise Palms has come a long way since the hurricane. The new homeowners have done an awesome job of updating everything! The homeowner is aware of the pool needing to be resurfaced. He is looking into having that done sometime in the fall. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Coastal Joe vacation

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

We loved this beach house and location to the beach. The only downfall for us was being right next to the river entering the gulf. We were hoping for clear blue water some of our stay, but the fact it was storming most days caused the water to not be clear. Overall everything was wonderful! Amazing views, plenty of space, and loved all the decks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and Coastal Joe and the maintenance team worked really hard to resolve them in a quick fashion. The house was overall very clean upon arrival. We did have a black bear visit and knock over the trash can two nights scattering trash all over the yard which is nobody’s fault at all, but maybe something to be aware of. This house is definitely on the pricey side, but extremely nice. I will also say there are a lot of stairs. Someone who is older or disabled may have a difficult time. It wasn’t too bad except when carrying all of our things in and packing up to come home. Again this was something we expected for a large beach house for being directly on the beach. We are highly appreciative of the pet friendly homeowners and beaches!

Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels available. There was a minor problem with the pool not being heated for a couple of days, but that was corrected! We enjoyed all the places to sit and enjoy the weather and a cocktail.
