Stayed here during fall break with 2 adults and 4 teenage girls. Perfect location to walk or bike to Rosemary Beach and a very quick walk to the pool or beach. The house was exactly as described, Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Over 40 girls trip! One of the cleanest VRBOs we've collectively stayed. It is perfectly located and priced for the proximity to the ocean and fun shopping/dining. The only suggestion for future visitors, while the kitchen is well appointed, there is nothing above what they say they provide. Purchase/bring necessities like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc. We appreciated the coffee maker but we bought the wrong kind of filters. I would suggest the owner provide a few or let people know what type of filters the coffee maker requires on your site or in your email. We also struggled with how to use the key fob at the pool and once the gate to the beach was locked. Fortunately, someone came along and showed us what to do. Otherwise, we loved the property! We rented chairs through the company the owner recommend and I’d say that's a must! Otherwise your fighting for beach space and that struggle is real. The company was terrific, get front or second row if you can! So worth it! The pool was also very clean and a nice change up from the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Our New Favorite Beach House

Everything about our stay was five stars! The house size was perfect for my husband and our toddler and you cannot beat the location. We will be back and hopefully soon!

Thanksgiving Stay

Property and location were great! Make sure if you are going to be arriving very late (after 10:00 PM) let them know so you can make arrangements for admission to the gated community.

Cute spot

Location is directly between Alys & Rosemary so the access to both of those beautiful towns is very convenient. The house is steps away from the pool & beach so it was perfect spot to stay with young children. I just wish the bath tubs drained when you showered… overall a fantastic rental & experience.
