Rare condo 3 BR 2 BA à 5 min à pied de Cabriolet et Frostwood Gondola, côté canyons du Park City Resort. Skiez à moins de 30 mètres du condo! Endroit fantastique pour les familles et les groupes de 8, max 10. Le loft fini dispose de lits superposés ainsi que d'un lit double supplémentaire. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges de bar et une salle à manger séparée, plus un vrai foyer au bois! Piscine communautaire / zone de jacuzzi juste devant la porte d'entrée. Promenade facile vers le système de bus incroyable pour atteindre le centre-ville historique de Park City en quelques minutes.

This property was a great fit for our family while visiting Park City Area. Our needs were met for the adults and 10 month old baby alike. The property was close to the mountain and community activities. We were able to access biking trails easily from the door step. Local transportation accessibility was useful as well for traveling farther than we could pedal. Thank you for the stay! We will be marking it for future trips.

Great location and great host

Host was very accommodating and gave great local recommendations. Condo was clean and a great space for me and my group. A short walk to the lifts and to the village. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better location.

Great property and location

Great spot with access to two lifts to get on the mountain a short walk (5 minutes or less) away. Hot tub was nice and steps away. Place was well appointed, and there were minor things from a property perspective that weren’t completely clean (dishes we had to wash with things on them, gum on the carpet upstairs, etc.) but minor in the big scheme of things. Great space for our crew of 4 and the owners were easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Perfect ski trip.

This condo is perfect for families. The location cannot be beat. Free shuttles will take you to ski lifts and restaurants. The Ramen restaurant Kuchu Shabu was a favorite. We also used Highway 40 for ski rentals. They were great and delivered the ski equipment right to our door. We had groceries delivered from Smith's. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family ski vacation. We would highly recommend this condo and plan to return soon.

Very clean, great location.

The condo was very clean and provided some supplies which was great. It is a well maintained, beautiful condo. It is right across from the outdoor hot tub, (pool was not open), which some of our group used. Location was good. We were able to walk to the lift. The Canyons Village Connect was awesome. We mostly used this as it would pick us up at the condo lot and drop us off at the base. There was plenty of room for 7 adults in the condo. Owners responded quickly to questions by email or text. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent accommodation in ideal location

I stayed here with my adult son and daughter for 3 days at the start of April for skiing and could not have chosen a better place to stay. First class accommodation. We each had a bedroom ( no need for a sofa bed) - and there was enough space for more than twice as many comfortably in the living areas. The condo is very well equipped- so many pots and pans, crockery, silverware, glassware, and [sharp!] cooking knives - a “home from home” for mealtimes, better than other VRBOs we have stayed in. The location was great for skiing - minutes from the Cabriolet lift to the Canyons Base Station; and the transport hub for (free) buses to Park City. The hosts were VERY responsive, replying without delay to every enquiry (unlike some other hosts who never even replied to a booking enquiry!!), and making suggestions for eating out (very reliable), grocery deliveries (very prompt), transport to and from the airport and many other pieces of information that helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I recommend this condo without hesitation. Thank you to Chris and Rachelle for the use of your condo. If we are back in PC we would definitely choose it again.

Not conveniently located

The apartment is nice and was big enough for our group. The upstairs stayed chilly while the downstairs was hot. No issues with the condo. The location isn’t great. The listing says it is ski in and ski out, but that is definitely not the case. Walking to a lift is possible but a pain and that just gets you to a lift from a parking lot to the base. You essentially rely on shuttles and Uber to get anywhere. That is not reflected in the listing and I would not have booked it had I known.

A Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Chris and Rachelle’s house. They are clearly experienced hosts -communication was easy throughout our stay and they provided everything a guest would need to feel at home.Before we arrived, they proactively shared FAQs (where to pick up groceries, restaurant recs, directions to access the closest ski lifts, etc). They also provided useful tips to make sure we got the most from our stay, like making advance dinner reservations. Once we arrived at the house, we were happy to find fresh toiletries in the bathroom, basic necessities for cooking, logs and a starter for the fireplace, fans and humidifiers to make the house feel comfortable, and sleds for the kids to use.The condo was conveniently located, just a short walk to the ski lifts, yet I also appreciated having the option of taking a free shuttle directly to the base of Canyons. The only hiccup we had was with the temp in a downstairs bedroom. While most of the house was comfortable, the room I slept in was very cold, and I couldn’t find a space heater. When I shared my experience, Rachelle and Chris sounded genuinely dismayed and made suggestions to remedy the situation. Then they went one step further-when we returned home after a day on the slopes, a new space heater had been delivered to the front door. That's going above and beyond!Chris and Rachelle are gracious hosts - I look forward to staying at their house again in the future!

Great Location at the Canyons

Great Location & Cozy, Nice Home

Our stay was great. You can walk to either the Cabriolet or the Frostwood Gondola (the latter is a bit closer) -- only about a 5-7 minute walk! Condo is nice - close to hot tub (and pool if summer), close to parking. It has two full bedrooms on lower level (one full or queen and the other king, i think) and one full bath (attached to master, but accessible through hall for other bedroom). Up the stairs one level is the family room, game room/nook, kitchen and kitchen table. Kitchen is great because they leave stuff from other guests, so plenty of olive oil, ketchup, mayo, etc. (nothing "fresh" that would be bad). And, well stocked with coffee maker and cooking pots/pans/utensils. The 3rd floor is the final bedroom with a full (?) bed and a bunk (two twins). It is a cozy condo and the owners were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Great Cozy Condo

The condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 and probably even 8 if kids were involved. The owner is very easy to reach and very helpful. The only downside was it was not close enough for us to walk to the lift in ski boots. It might be ok if you wanted to take a back pack or if you snow board but with ski boots on, it was too much of a hike. There is a parking lot at the bottom of Cabriolet which is a 2 minute drive and if you get there early (8:15ish) you are super close. We were not able to ski back close to the condo but I can see how that would be possible with more snow. Overall 5 stars and would stay there again. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are great, fireplace is awesome and there were even games to play. Washer and dryer are also very convenient. We did not use the hot tub but it was right outside the door.

Excellent NY weekend

We had a great stay. It’s a short walk to two different ski lifts. Then ski down to townhome. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Lovely fireplace and hot tub. The owners were very responsive to any questions!

Cozy retreat

This condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was great to have cooking utensils, condiments, etc. We enjoyed the TV and Xfinity to watch March Madness games. Most beds were comfortable, but the full bed in the loft needs a new mattress. It was quite soft and bothered my son's back. If you hike to the Frostwood Gondola, be prepared for some muddy trails if you are spring skiing.

We're 2 families from the same cul-de-sac that wanted to offer an amazing, affordable vacation experience at one of the USA's premier mountain resorts. We grew up skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking and have made some of our greatest memories cruising , falling, and laughing down the beautiful mountain slopes of the Rocky Mountains. We want you to have that experience too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We offer 1,300+ sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that's also not going to give vacation budget guilt. Our location within the complex is literally right across from the hot tub/pool/sauna/pool table complex and an easy walk to the frostwood gondola (recommended) or cabriolet lifts. Skiing back gets you to within about 30 yards of our condo. You can park right by the condo with our parking passes if you want to bring a car.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Located right next to the pool/hot tub as well as one of the closest walks to the Frostwood Gondola and Cabriolet lifts within Hidden Creek! The wood burning fireplace is such a nice ambience in the colder months. Also, each bedroom has it's own TV/cable setup. The loftroom has a TV/xbox setup and is a perfect little hideaway for the kids. In the summer, I can take the mountain bike right out the front door to access almost 400 miles of trails in the area, including right behind the condo! Also, let us know if you'd like to use our fishing gear and we can have it out for you. Utah is very renowned for it's trout fishing. When the resort is open, you can ride the orange bubble lift up to Alpine Lake and catch some pretty good sized Tiger Trout.
