Besoin d'un endroit à proximité d'une installation militaire?  Ne cherchez plus, cette maison de 2 étages parfaitement située est à seulement 20 minutes de Fort Carson, 16 minutes de Schriever AFB et 12 minutes de Peterson AFB!  Cette maison spacieuse est trÚs confortable et parfaite pour toute la famille et les enfants et les animaux!  Que votre PCSing à Colorado Springs ou que vous souhaitiez simplement venir visiter cette belle maison vous attend!



Profitez de cette maison parfaitement amĂ©nagĂ©e avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et de l'espace pour tout le monde!  Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e se trouve un grand salon avec Smart TV!  Allumez la cheminĂ©e, dĂ©tendez-vous et dĂ©tendez-vous. La cuisine est bien garnie de comptoirs en granit et prĂȘte pour que vous prĂ©pariez des repas!



Montez à l'étage et il y a 3 chambres à coucher pour inclure une suite parentale avec lit king size et une salle de bain complÚte et un dressing.  Il y a 2 autres chambres, une avec un futon et l'autre un lit double.  Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain pleine grandeur.  



Vous voulez un peu d'intimité supplémentaire?  Le sous-sol a une chambre récemment rénovée avec une reine et une salle de bain complÚte!  La buanderie est également située au sous-sol.



Amener votre ami à fourrure?  Pas de problÚme, nous autorisons jusqu'à 2 petits chiens de moins de 25 lb chacun.  (Il y a des frais uniques de 100 $ pour les animaux) Il y a une cour entiÚrement clÎturée avec un patio et un coin salon pour en profiter.  Un garage pour 2 voitures est également inclus.

Clean Hideaway in Colorado Springs

The communication with the property management team was efficient. The property was very clean, tested by walking around in white socks. The response time was quick to any questions we had. The property was located near our family and friends. The property owner provided plenty of towels, plates, bowls, and spices for cooking or serving dinner. The only issue was the moths. Try to get in before dark and be careful going in and out. Also, the property is not handicap accessible.

Military family visit

Overall great location to Ft Carson.. Great living room/dining area except fireplace was not working . Kitchen was nice but not as well stocked with utensils as others we have stayed in and stove/oven might need replaced soon. No main floor bedroom for senior citizens
 very steep steps. Very glad for this location.

Leaf family reunion

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the small back yard where Our daughters dog could run. The house is about 20 minutes away from most attractions around Colorado Springs. For us the biggest problem was the basement bedroom. It was cold and dark. However some of our family like their bedroom cold, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Girls’ Getaway

We loved the house. It was the number of beds and baths we needed. Very nicely furnished! It turned out to be much further from Colorado Springs than we realized. We really would have liked to have had access to local news and weather on the tv. We also did not want to pay for the tv options, so the tv was useless to us.

Very cozy home
..I would stay again!

Spacious home with all amenities, fenced backyard, garage access which made it nice during those frigid days and nights. House is decorated very nice. Only thing I wish is the fireplace would work but no impact on our stay.

Very misleading and disgusting!

First of all, the “checkout” QR codes you have around do not work. All the vents were COATED with months worth of dust, the baseboards and walls were filthy to the point if we didn’t leave ANYTHING on the ground. The backyard is NOT pet friendly and is filled with burs, multiple got stuck in shoes and in tracked in. Only one TV, insufficient lighting, never staying again. Really disappointed

Nice quiet neighborhood

The property was in a nice quiet spot. Morning walks with our pup were enjoyable. The trails had wonderful views of the mountain. Very dog friendly! There was an air show the weekend we stayed. We could see and hear them while sitting in the backyard. Hot air balloons flew over as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even coffee and filters! This property is about 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. It is about 25 minutes to Colorado Springs. We would stay here again. Was great for our family of 5 humans and one fur baby!

Spacious but needs attention to details

Enjoyed the layout so family members w infant could be two floors away at night. Enjoyed kitchen and bath renovations. Enjoyed open living,dining and kitchen area. Needs new coffee machine, repaired screen door and repaired basement bedroom window screen. Needs carpets cleaned if rented to crawling baby. Needs blinds and /or curtains on windows without covering. Enjoyed exploring a new area of Colorado Springs, learning about air and space force bases and Veterans Cemetery. Good playgrounds for baby. City of Fountain had good grocery and restaurant options. Served well for visiting friends in CS during day and returning for sleeping and breakfast. Enjoyed shopping/restaurants at The Citadel mall area.

Nice neighborhood

What a great property! The only thing I lacked was a paring knife and that was remedied with a trip for groceries. We used the grill, watched some TV and relaxed before my son had to report to base. It was nice to not have the “city” on top of you and really wasn’t more than a 15 minute drive to get what we needed for supplies. I would recommend this to anyone with a need for four bedrooms and extra bathrooms. I will definitely use this property again if it is available.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and functioning. We had all the necessities needed to cook in the kitchen, including a crockpot. My only suggestion would be some anti-slip strips for the bathtubs.

Great home for a large family!!

This home was perfect for my large family. Very spacious and clean. My husband and I took the basement and my daughter and her family took the second floor!!! It’s was such a great space. Fenced back yard was great for the grandchildren. Added plus was the garage!!! The property manager was quick to reply!! We will be back!!!

Tranquil

I originally booked with another in April. They contacted me 3 days before I was to leave with my whole family including a dog from Tennessee to travel to Colorado by van to see my first granddaughter and take my mother with me so she could see her first great grandchild. That left me in a frenzy because it had taken months to figure out th le best time with all six of us working different schedules. And although the other place tried to work with us it was not have as big or accommodating as this place which was perfect for our needs. Even my husband commented on how it worked out even better for us to meet our families every need, from the quiet location to the huge kitchen and livingroom and 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. This house was perfect. The host was extremely friendly and easy to contact even over a holiday weekend. My husband stated if we ever go back out he would use it again. I have to say thank you for making my last big family vacation so enjoyable and stress free. Michelle
