Beacher's Lodge Oceanfront Balcony Suite - Comprend le ménage de l'hôtel

Directement au centre au 3ème étage, cette suite avec balcon est dans le sweet spot. La vue depuis le canapé est tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être heureux lorsque vous visitez la plage. Ce condo offre un lit queen confortable dans l'armoire de lit Murphy derrière le canapé. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision à écran plat de 37 "pour votre plaisir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière et un four à 4 brûleurs, ainsi que tous les autres équipements de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec beaucoup d'espace de stockage et une nouvelle baignoire profonde avec barres d'appui. Il y a un nouveau lit king dans la chambre privée et une télévision à écran plat avec ventilateur de plafond. Ce condo permettra à un petit animal de compagnie, c'est donc un endroit idéal pour toute la famille! LES PETITS ANIMAUX SONT ADMIS

Complex and staff were great ...very friendly, helpful and place was very clean. We cooked a couple of meals and ate in but ate out at a few local great places as well ...best firework show of my life and that was free ...certainly will be returning again !

We loved our stay at Beaches. It surpassed our expectations. The price for an ocean front condo was reasonable. The room was clean. Coffee was provided in the room AND in the lobby. The balcony was private and there was an elevator. PERFECT - we will be back. We stayed in room 315

Nice, clean, comfortable condo with easy beach access and loved the fact we could bring our dog!My only suggestion would be a way for the property mgt. staff to know when other guests are smoking outside on their balconies as this Is not allowed, yet, this didn’t stop some from doing so.

Thankyou Kimberly, we do have to rely on the reports of neighbors when someone is breaking a rule, but we will certainly spring into action at a report. We do hope that our visitors will be courteous when it comes to the equal enjoyment opportunity here at Beacher's Lodge.

The living room T.V. was a problem. The staff tried to fix the T.V. AND did so on the first time. But the T.V. kept changing remotes on its own and changing to T.V. on demand. Not a deal breaker!! Over all very nice.

Would not recommend for health reasons

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms in this building need major maintenance. I was moved from the first room i booked due to the presence of black mold along the ceiling in the bedroom, moldy dank smell in the room and probably more mold i didnt see. Second room appeared better upon initial inspection but later found out it also has a smell, just less, and it was due to the AC unit leaking on the floor so much that the entire bedroom floor stayed damp. I kept the ac running while i was there to keep the temp down so it wouldnt grow into mold during the day with the heat and just slept in the living room on the murphy bed with the patio door open. The only good thing about this place is the location to beach drive in access and the view from the room. I honestly would have and should have just left and got a different room somewhere else, even if it was not as good of a location. With some work, these units COULD be something special. There were other issues but this was the major one for me so for now, id skip.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our little Yorkie Poo, Allie, stayed in condo 315. We had a wonderful time! The condo is so cute with such a beautiful ocean view. The only small issues were the air conditioner in the bedroom was rattling very loudly because the front panel was loose. My husband was able to adjust it and it stopped most of the noise. The bed was very comfortable! I appreciated the safety bars in the bathroom tub/shower. The sofa in the living room was not very comfortable. We also noticed tiny bugs in the bathroom sink. It was not due to uncleanliness, but the bugs seemed to be coming out of a crevice in the wall by the sink. They only came out at random times so it was not a huge deal, but wanted the owner to know about this. We had to keep our toothbrush in a separate area because of it. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will keep coming back to Beachers Lodge! For our next stay, we will reserve a bigger condo on the 4th floor. We have found our vacation place!

We LOVE Beacher's Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Beacher's this year. We love the location, the cleanliness, the beach access, the pool. It's just a great place. The rooms are SMALL, and my husband just decided to sleep on the couch, rather than pull down the murphy bed, while my daughter and I shared the bedroom. This unit did not have a toaster oven in it. We prefer to use a toaster over rather than a regular oven. We made the unit work for our family of 3, two adults and one teenager, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family of four. It would be way to tight. This was also our first time staying on the third floor and I prefer the 4th floor for the beach views. The unit was clean and well kept. The location is in a more serene part of A1A, and not close to a lot of shops and restaurants. BUT it is super close to Viola's Restaurant which is one of our favorites, the pizza and pasta are amazing. We had pizza to go one night and dined in another, the food is that good. If you are looking for great beach access, awesome views in a quaint environment Beacher's Lodge is the place for you. We will be coming back.
