Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une Suite Balcon Plus dynamique au 2e étage, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Ce condo a l'avantage du lit queen Murphy dans le salon. Même s'il y a un lit king dans la chambre privée, de nombreux clients choisissent de dormir sur le lit queen Murphy pour se réveiller au lever du soleil sur le front de mer. Profitez de la grande télévision à écran plat de 37 "dans le salon ou d'une belle télévision à écran plat de 26" dans la chambre. Ce condo a la cuisine complète et une belle table de cuisine. La salle de bain a été repeinte dans un joli jaune (non illustré ici) et la valve de douche a été remplacée. La chambre privée a le lit King size confortable et le carrelage dans tout ce condo garde les choses propres et bien rangées. Si vous cherchez de la chaleur en Floride, vous la trouverez ici. Mais s'il vous plaît, PAS D'ANIMAUX ADMIS.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at Beacher's. We had access and a great location to the beach, plus we also used the cookout area to grill for a family supper. Manager Shannon Lake was great with organizing everything for us and staff checked on us every day to see if we needed something. I'd highly recommend Beacher's for accomodations for a great beach getaway.

Even though the building is old, most of the condos have been well maintained and are very comfortable. The office personnel are super friendly and always helpful. Be sure to stop for shaved ice and Nalu's food truck near Anastasia Beach Surf Station!

Our original booked gold level property was unavailable 3 days before our scheduled visit, so Beacher's gave us a Balcony "Plus" gold unit at no extra cost. Unfortunately Unit 225 is NOT a gold level property. Furniture worn and not of good quality. I would highly recommend Beachers in general but would not recommend unit 225 as a gold.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I blindly booked this condo with no knowledge of the area or condo. I definitely loved the location. The condo is directly on the beach with a beautiful view. There was also turtles nesting right by the beach walkway which was really cool. The room itself was a little disappointing. The unit was dated...especially the bathroom and just needs an overall face-lift. The bed and bedding was nice and comfortable but we couldn't sleep because of the old air conditioning unit in the bedroom was VERY loud. The last night we left it off and opened the sliding doors in the living room and slept a little better. The bathroom definitely needs renovated and everything else needs refreshed. The condo itself has positive things going for it in general; the location, the view, the pool, the area, the staff, and other tenants. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Beachers again but would choice an updated unit.

The beach at this location is perfect for walking. The area is handy to lots of beautiful state parks and St. Augustine. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The property management people communicate well and do a nice job, as does the housekeeping staff. The unit could use a little upgrading, but it won’t impact a pleasant stay.
