Cette suite avec balcon apaisante au 2Úme étage bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et d'une vue depuis le balcon. Le canapé-lit queen est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du téléviseur à écran plat de 37 pouces. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans le salon pour garder la brise marine en mouvement. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec un petit micro-ondes, un four avec 4 plaques de cuisson et un réfrigérateur. Dosseret en carreaux et tous les équipements de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire et habillée de gris marbré. La chambre privée comprend un matelas queen-size et une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm. Ceci est le condo idéal pour séjourner à la plage! LES PETITS ANIMAUX SONT ADMIS.

We lost our dog sitter and we were able to change rooms to a pet friendly room on a short notice. The staff was super nice, very professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean. We were taken care with any small request.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay a Beacher’s almost every time we come to St. Augustine and have always been pleased. However, this unit was not up to the standards to which we have become accustomed. The entire unit smelled of spoiled food. The bed was not a queen. The mattress hung over the box springs and caused us to roll to the outside constantly. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock: it only had a flimsy plastic rod to lay in the track to keep it “locked”. The recliner was basically child sized. I am only 5’ 1” and it wasn’t really a fit for me. The bathroom was beyond tiny. The whole place is in desperate need of an update! All in all it was a very uncomfortable stay. The staff, as usual, was delightful and helpful. I still love Beacher’s;however we will not rent that unit again. It’s sad to pay that much money and be so unhappy with one’s surroundings.

This was the best beach stay. I was throughly impressed with the cleanliness of our unit and the thoughtful touches throughout. Beach access is fantastic, pool was utilized everyday with my toddler. We will definitely be returning!

Reviewer Comments: we've stayed at Beacher's Lodge more times than I can count over the last 15+ years. we chose a "silver" unit this time but it wasn't any nicer than the "bronze" units...just more expensive. Reasons below:1. veggie bin in frig was broken2. tv only had the basic channels. I had to ask at the front desk (not sure why it wasn't given to me at check in?) + they gave me a code, which did nothing.3. ***most important*** the door did not automatically completely close!!! it only closed partially. HUGE safety issue. once we realized this issue we made sure it was completely closed when we left the unit. housekeeping came in one time, while we weren't there, + DID NOT completely close the door!!!would definitely not recommend this unit but will probably give Beacher's Lodge another try.

You can tell the overall experience is top notch just by feeling the good vibes everywhere you go on the site. At the pool the atmosphere is super laid back and everyone is kind and respectful. Once you hit the beach it's so beautiful and wide and open to let everyone find their spot and amvevin there own bubble. And how about the staff, they are all amazing and courteous. Honestly this is our spot and we count on being regulars for a long time

The location is perfect...close enough to the touristy places that one must visit and removed enough to experience the peacefulness of the ocean without the large crowds. The staff was friendly and attentive...probably the best that we have experienced recently. The small issues that we did experience were addressed and correctly immediately. Our stay was for 10 days, and we should have made arrangements for twice as long. We will definitely be back...hopefully next year for a longer stay.

Not worth new price

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the rates went up with the economy but owners certainly aren't keeping up their units to make the stay worth the pay. In fact I found multiple airbnbs for the same prices during the times I'm staying that are updated and larger. I've been staying at beachers for going on 10 years and I probably am not going to unless the deals start happening again. Bring back the pay two stay three or pay three stay four.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a family members wedding, which took place at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. We found this place to stay, which was only 20 minutes away and we are glad we did. We woke up to amazing sunrises over the ocean and enjoyed the short walk down to the beach. The room was amazing as well. It was very clean and had everything we needed and if not the office staff was only a phone call away. The office staff was so nice and friendly as well as the house keeping staff. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and will be back to stay again soon.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's Lodge many times, and while we love the location and the beach, our last stay (condo 216) was not our favorite. The condo was in decent shape, however the maintenance of the property was subpar. There were not enough dishes for our four family members - only 3 cereal bowls, 3 small plates, etc. Also, the bathroom sink stopper was broken and although we alerted maintenance, it was not fixed during our 4 day stay. It was late on night one when we discovered that we didn't even have 4 bath towels in the condo. Not sure how many more times we'll stay at Beacher's unless the maintenance of the condos improves.

The pictures make it look good.However, the other side of the story is as follows....I'll just lit what we found for easier review.1..the window ac units were incredibly loud making it difficult to sleep. The ac even has drain pans INSIDE the rooms2..the chairs were missing the foot pegs making them wobbly. 3..the kitchen has no light4..The floor carpet shown is incredibly dirty and old.5..theblamp shade in the bedroom had a burn on it.6..the bathroom is really very small. 7..Even though housekeeping did there job, the room just has a feeling of dirty and old.The list goes on...However, if your looking for a place to stay for the beach access, they do have a VERY clean beach. The pool was equally as nice.

This place looked decent online. It felt dirty and sticky though. My feet were black after a few minutes of walking on the floors. They looked clean with the exception of the rug. It was like someone just poured cleaner on them and didn’t clean it back up. A pillow fell behind the bed and came up covered in human hair. The couch had to be covered with a blanket we brought from home. One side of a cushion had a wet poop spot on it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We ended up not bringing our pup, but if this place can’t clean up after animals maybe it should be pet free. The TVs they brag about don’t work, because they need to be connected to wifi; the lodge wifi barely works if at all. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. If you stay here bring a couch cover.

Need updating , Very upset guest

First night we got there our air unit was not working, had to have a new one installed. After being installed the ac unit leaked water all week and we were told that they could not do anything about it until after we checked out. So our whole vacation we had to keep putting towels on the floor to soak up the water. On top of that out tub did not drain. Decor need an update, Jew was great, but as much money as we paid to stay it was horrible and very frustrating. I will say they did give us a very small credit back, but honestly it should of been a lot more due to what we had to deal with the week we stayed.
