My husband and I traveled to Fallbrook for our Grandsons wedding at a local winery and stayed at this gem. The property is like stepping into an Italian Villa, the accommodations and grounds were the best we've ever enjoyed at a VRBO and we've stayed at many. The location was ideal, high on a hill with beautiful views but minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Fallbrook. It felt like a home, warm and inviting. Paul and Sandra are truly gracious people and Paul quickly responded to every question I had. If you have the opportunity to go to Fallbrook you won't find a better place to stay. We hated to leave! Thank you for a lovely experience

Absolutely stunning property. It was hard to believe we were so close to Fallbrook because it felt completely secluded. The garden is the jewel in the crown of this property. It’s a haven with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was comfortable. My only complaint was the bed had a very soft mattress which left us both with sore backs each morning. That’s a matter of personal preference but if you prefer a more supportive or firm bed - this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great Location

This is a great location for getting to the wineries, to Oceanside Beach and many other small towns in the area. The apartment has a beautiful back yard with a view over the valley. Excellent hosts also. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Host was very responsive. I noticed the bathroom window was open which made me slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was an amazing experience.

work trip but relaxing here during time off

Paul and Sandy always have a sweet place and a couple nice smiles and friendly hellos for me when I return here each year. This place is heaven. 360 degree views and very quiet and the flowers and landscaping is immaculate!

Awesome stay and people!

This has to be by far the best place we've ever stayed at! The location is Fallbrook which is not only a smaller community, but very quaint and lovely. The couple that run this place were nice and friendly and offered help if we needed it. Check in and out was easy and simple. We will be using them again on our next vaca to California!!!

Paul and his family have always been so helpful at creating and maintaining a beautiful and enjoyable spot. I'm here for work but the accommodations make it seem like I'm vacationing in Italy! - Dan

The setting of this rental was stunning. The gardens are perfectly manicured with flowers every color of the rainbow. We grilled, sat under the lovely covered deck area, enjoyed the gorgeous views...all from the backyard. The inside was very large and had everything we needed, including extra pillows, blankets, towels and the kitchen was stocked with wine, water, coffee/tea and plenty of snacks. 100% would stay here again! Phenomenal! Communication with the host was easy and the rental is conveniently located near Temecula, Carlsbad and San Diego.

Tuscan Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. The property is well kept and very clean. Even though we didn’t meet the host directly they made us feel very welcome with a charcuterie board and bottle of wine upon arrival. Guests also have access to a private balcony, BBQ, patio, and lawn area. The views are beautiful, the ambiance peaceful and charming. We will be returning.

Tuscany in Fallbrook

Paul was very responsive to our needs, which were pretty minimal since they seem to have thought of everything we might want, from the welcome gifts to the well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and linens, and gorgeous grounds with a great view.
