Starting Summer 2025

Great house for our beach trip to begin the summer!Plenty of room and the pictures were very accurate. Great location and just a very short walk to the beach. Check in with as less than 2 minutes and we were ready to start our vacay!

Beach Stay

Love the location, kitchen floor looked like it had not been mopped. I mopped, swept and clean the kitchen and bathroom.It’s not a big deal for me, I always clean before I leave. I will rent the house again.

Great getaway

This property is as it reads! Perfect for a quiet family vacation. Location is a 5 min walk to the ocean and close to the main strip so everything is nearby. House has a great homey feel and everything you could ask for. Thank you for a great experience, plan to book here again

Comfy

Comfortable, quiet, and cozy. We stayed for 1 month. Only one minor issue and it was taken care of immediately. Would def stay again.

Nice place close to the beach

The home was nice and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The outlets in the main part of the house were loose and would not hold the phone chargers, also the roku kept cutting out due to lack of power.

Great location

The issue I had was no beach chairs available at house. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner also had pealing paint on ceiling.

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the stay: house clean and location is just perfect- we crossed the street and were at the beach. Kitchen has everything you might need. We brought a few things with us but didn’t need them. Laundry room is shared which was no big deal since I never saw anyone else using it. We did buy a cheap laundry basket for convenience. Overall- clean, well stocked house in a wonderful location- we were happy with our stay. The only thing that I could suggest for the owner to improve is - put fans in the bathrooms. Bathrooms were clearly updated and nice but there were no ventilation.

Great little house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this little house! Just like every place. It could use a few improvements. The back porch is pretty much right up against the house behind it. So we did not use thr back. The front porch was our favorite location! Bathrooms are updated. One did not have good water pressure. Living room furniture was comfortable and cozy. The driveway was perfect with plenty of parking for our truck, trailer and motorcycles. House was clean ,plenty of towels available, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, location is great. Quick walk across the road to get to the beach.

Neighbors were very friendly and helpful when Hurricane Ian was coming telling us what to expect and the best place to park the motorcycles to protect them from any damage. Girls in office were very friendly and it was easy to extend our stay a few days because of the storm. Will definitely use them in the future.

Internet didn’t work well

Phone connections did not exist in the house. Tv did no work.The water in the freezer didn’t t run so no ice. Lots of dust behind tv. Not enough silverware. Called after several days and repairman came and fixed tv. And brought silverware. Yard full of stickers. Many on carpet.

Too good to be true.

We rented this home over Thanksgiving. The listing shows that the property has a washer/dryer. It does, but you have to go outside and behind another property to a shed to get to it. It was locked so we had to call twice for assistance to get to it. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush properly. When I called on Thanksgiving morning, I was told that it would have to wait until Friday morning, so we were stuck with one bathroom for 6 people. The place also had cockroaches. These were not the beach Palmetto bugs. The manager of North Realty property was also difficult to deal with when I went to her in person over our issues.

Mb trip

Concern that while my wife was alone a Mexican guy unlocked the door and walked in without knocking, she got up and told him he had the wrong place language communication prevented understanding, luckily a lad came up the steps then and said housekeeping. My wife told her we weren’t checking out until Sunday said thought it was today sorry. This could have been a very embarrassing situation and can be prevented in the future by placing chain locks on the door. A bandage came off in the middle of the night resulting blood on the top sheet, so I replaced the entire set. It would be nice if there was a clock above the entryway into the kitchen. Had a great time and enjoyed the place until the people checked in behind us and kept my wife up until around midnight. We got up at 0630 to get finished packing and that was a small quirk. Thank you and planning on next year

Nice location, some things need updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, a short walk over to the beach. Great space for a small family. It’s reviewed to sleep 11 people, but with my family of 6 it was even a bit too crowded. I would not recommended using the out door shower, there is no drain, the only “drain” is the actual deck. It is now making the wood rot and I’m sure it won’t be too long until it breaks through while someone is rinsing off. Very dangerous. Other than that the porch is the best part of the house!!! We spent a lot of time out there. Cleaning could have been better, the space needs a remodel or at least some updates in regards to the furniture. It is dog friendly but when you walk in, all you smell is dogs. The couches were COVERED in dog hair. The furniture has several areas of wear and tear. Overall, great location but would do a lot better if It was a bit more updated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being in close proximity to the beach, loved the porch swing. However the roaches we encountered were very off putting. We had to go purchase bug spray and after 2days I called and management sent someone to spray. They need to update the property, if I wanted to stay in a cabin I would have gone to the mountains. To much wood! And one of the beds was broken, ceiling fan light in bedroom broken, and shades at some windows, broken. One of ceiling fans on outside porch was missing fan blades. The floors were dirty, and kitchen table sticky no matter how much you cleaned it. Rooms were to small. Outside seating on the back patio were broken. After all that we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay! The staff was awesome! If this property was updated I would invite my friends! UPDATE PLEASE! Location is phenomenal!

July 2024 Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family renter High Tide and Low Tide together and we had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone. The front porch of Low Tide was awesome, we spent so much time there in the afternoons. Beds were very comfortable. Only a couple of things that could have been better is 1- water pressure could use some help and the washer and dryer in the shared outbuilding needed 2 rinses to get it all out and at least 2 rounds of drying to get the stuff dry. Also the dryer left some brown marks on some of the family’s light colored clothing and also the towels we tried to wash. All in all we had a great time! Property is close to the beach which was great, no need to drive and get all that sand in your car and no need to pay for parking.
