Monterey CC est une communauté fermée établie à quelques minutes des restaurants, des magasins et des activités illimitées, ce condo attrayant est vraiment votre oasis du désert englobant! 155 Gran Via est situé sur une ceinture verte luxuriante avec vue sur la montagne - pas de balles de golf errantes! Cet emplacement privilégié est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture / à pied de la porte sud de la Gran Via et offre un accÚs rapide et facile à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du parc du Monterey Country Club. Vous pouvez profiter d'un dßner à Tommy Bahamas ou faire du shopping le long de la célÚbre El Paseo Drive en 5 minutes!

Notre condo de 2 chambres récemment rénové de 1300 pieds carrés est situé sur une ceinture verte luxuriante juste à cÎté du parcours de golf. Les espaces de vie spacieux comprennent: des plafonds voûtés, de nouveaux meubles, de beaux sols carrelés partout, une salle à manger généreuse et une toute nouvelle cuisine entiÚrement équipée (2016). De plus, il y a 2 salles de bains (rénovées en juin 2017 - salle de bain principale et salle de bain pour les invités), garage double, buanderie, terrasse au bord de la piscine et cour privée équipée de siÚges et d'un barbecue à gaz Weber! La piscine et le bain à remous sont littéralement à quelques pas et l'exposition sud est imbattable!

Pour assurer votre confort, notre chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size confortable, d'une salle de bains privative, d'un lecteur TV / DVD et de sa propre porte coulissante donnant sur le patio au bord de la piscine. La deuxiÚme chambre d'hÎtes a également sa propre salle de bain privée ainsi que deux lits jumeaux, qui se transforment en un deuxiÚme lit king-size si vous préférez. Tous les draps, serviettes et serviettes de piscine sont inclus pour votre séjour. De plus, une cour récemment repensée reflÚte un thÚme du sud-ouest et est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil du matin ou observer les étoiles par une nuit chaude dans un cadre confortable et privé.

Five Star experience

If I could give this property a 10 I would! The interior has had a beautiful update, kitchen is well appointed and there is a pool steps away from the back patio. The location in Palm Springs can’t be beat. Owners are very accommodating and super to work with.

Great place

This place is great and has an amazing location. Close to the gate for easy access and has the pool right out the back. Super close to El Paseo. The only reason why I did not give this property 5 stars is because I did not find the bed to be comfortable. Other than that great!

Best choice in Palm Desert

We are two mature couples who have stayed in the Coachella Valley a number of times. David’s rental unit is by far the best we have stayed in. The unit was spotless on arrival and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for us as most of our planned activities were within minutes driving. When planning our next visit we will try to book this condo again, best value for the fee.

Quiet Monterey 2 Bedroom

This perfectly located Monterey condo is a cozy and comfortable spot to relax in the Palm Desert sunshine. The pool and hot tub are only steps from the back patio for an easy quick dip or soak. We throughly enjoyed getting to explore the area from this lovely home away from home.

Palm Desert Paradise

Location and pictures as advertised. Proximity to pool is like having it in your own backyard. Grounds of Monterrey CC are immaculate and views of hills and mountains with Palm tree settings are stunning. Home was close to grocery, dining, and shopping. David was very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to return again.

Great place

This condo worked well for us to work remotely for a week. It is set up well and the kitchen is remodeled. The neighborhood is close to everything. We could walk within the country club for exercise. The condo has a south facing patio for sun most of the day. The pool is right out the back patio.

Great location

The Monterey CC is in a great central location and is beautifully landscaped. The unit was clean and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunshine and views from this south facing unit. Master bed is very firm. We would book this unit again.

This lovely condo exceeded our expectations! It has been beautifully renovated with lots of thought given to furnishings and decorations. The kitchen is stocked with everything even a gourmet cook will need. Linens are top notch and beds are very comfortable. It is much more spacious than the pictures portray. Dave, the owner, was extremely easy to deal with. He responded to all questions and queries in a timely manner. Cleanliness is important to me and it was definitely 5/5!! I highly recommend this condo, and I know my husband and I will be back!

Clean and Comfortable!

One of the nicest condos one could wish for. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed this unit in Oct/Nov 2014 for 4 weeks and have nothing but positive things to say about the owner or the unit. Everything was as described. We have been visiting Palm Desert for a good number of years now and this was the first unit we rented that we did not have to clean for two days upon arrival. We will definitely try to book again. Thank you David and Heather for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Great Condo and Location!

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in Monterey Country Club in this very nice condo. The pool location just off our patio was fabulous. The summer golf rates are remarkable, so there were many days spent playing golf all over Palm Springs. We hope to return next summer and stay for a month!

Great Condo, Great Location

We found the condo to be as described, clean, spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. With front and rear patios we could always find a suitable place for sunning, relaxing or outdoor dining, not to mention happy hour. The location is excellent, close to a large mall, movie theaters, grocery stores and restaurants. Monterrey Country Club is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed long walks, the swimming pool and spa and dining at the clubhouse. Everyone we met was very friendly. We would be happy to recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings and hope we have an opportunity to return at a future date.

Wonderful location, an easy home away from home

The property was excellent with two large bedrooms and baths. Location of the pool from the property was no more than 20 steps, which allows you to leave your personal property on your own patio and head over for a quick dip. There is a front and rear patio area, which offers shade at dining time. In general, the condo is centrally located for easy access to great golf courses and if you like tennis under a 5 min drive to some tennis courts that have evening lighting. The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished for the comforts of home. We definitely would rent this condo again!!

Great condo

the condo was clean, very well equipped and the location was excellent. Everything was as stated by the owners and all that was needed was on hand and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels for use and for the pool. I would recommend this highly to anyone wishing a rental at the Monterey Country Club and I look forward to being able to rent there again.

Enjoyed our Vacation

We had a wonderful 10 day vacation in Palm Desert. ( April /10) The accomodations were great, close to the pool and main entrance. The unit was spacious and very clean just as we were told. The complex is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas. We will definately stay here again. The owner is a man of his word and very quick to respond to emails.

1/16/10 positive I stayed...

1/16/10 positive I stayed here for two splendid weeks in late November when it was still warm enough for swimming at 75- 80F in the day. Another time, I stayed there for the month of December. I loved staying in the condo and enjoyed its open airy feeling. I swam and/or used the hot tub daily and enjoyed working outdoors on my laptop on the patio overlooking the pool and at the bar in the front courtyard. I enjoyed cooking in the spacious, modern kitchen. I found the condo location great for taking lovely walks around the gated Monterey Country Club community and for walking to the fun, weekly Palm Desert Market Fair held nearby year round on Saturday and Sunday. The condo is laid out well with two separate sleeping suites with two bathrooms and plenty of closet space. For a few nights, we had four adults staying there at the same time and found it comfortable for all with enough privacy for folks on different sleep schedules. Overall, I found it a very comfortable and cheerful place to stay in sunny Palm Desert and recommend it highly. Anne, Staunton, Virginia

We stayed for a week in t...

We stayed for a week in the condo and enjoyed every minute of it. So relaxing and so nice to be able to go for really nice walks all over the beautiful country club grounds, just amazing! I highly recomend it, my husband comments often how that was one of the best vacations we ever had!!

I was inbetween homes and...

I was inbetween homes and needed a place for a few months. I rented this condo and was thrilled to enjoy the silence, and beauty that it has. It was comfortable and the views in and around it make it very special to be there. Loved the location, thanks again to the owners.
