We are a mature couple who owns and operates an arts and antique gallery on the first ground floor a few days of a week. Although we are experienced landlords for many years in town, running vacation homes rentals is a new venture for us.
The space is deigned and built for us in recent years for better comfort and luxury living including a central air, a convenient gas fire place and spacious kitchen with high end appliances.
We moved out to another property we own that needed the renovation.
During the Pandemic, We furnished the place for a couple, friends of ours.. who needed the place when their grown children decided to move back home with their grand children.
When they left after 8 month, we decided to keep the place as furnished and started vocational rental business. We are looking forward to start our new exciting venture.
We live just around the corner with two parakeets and two beloved pets that I do not like to even refer them as "dogs" but consider them as our kids. Our close proximity make it easy to be available for guests if needed.

A fully independent private living space including a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances including laundry and dryer. 1 bedroom with 2 full baths including an old fashion claw foot Victorian bathtub w/shower and bidet and another separate full shower bath room.
Although the property is listed as 1 bedroom, if you desire to travel more than two in the party, there is another separate full size bedroom available for an additional nightly charge of $25.00 for each additional guest.
The interior living space is truly unique with a hint of Eastern accents that Steps out to
surprisingly spacious Zen garden with blue stone patio with Koi fish pond w/ water fall. Cathedral ceilings through out that gives open and airy space. Convenient gas fireplace and central air condition for an added comfort.
